Iβve been coming to this building for years. My TΓos are tenants, and the Building has been very supportive of Small Business Owners. Theyβve supported our non-profit ventures for Houston Millennials and started our General Meetings here before they got a grant for an entire floor to support the City of Houston. This is such a beautiful property and hidden gem. They even have a nice gym called Uptown Fitness on the 1st floor, a beautiful balcony patio onlooking Buffalo Bayou, Smoking Area, Garage is great, and the Janitorial Staff upkeeps the building to their best of their ability. Everyone is very nice. Highly Recommend this property for Businesses, Students to Study, thereβs plenty of outlets in the Beautiful Common Area. -
