We had the pleasure of working with Jerod recently in both the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. He has incredible attention to detail! Selling and buying can be a very stressful process but through both transactions he maintained a positive demeanor and was always one step ahead of us. He continued to communicate updates and changes in real time. Our new home was a new-build and he went to view the property almost as much as we did to make sure everything was progressing as planned. When unexpected and unusual issues came up with our appraisal he spent countless hours researching and collaborating with his colleagues to offer solutions so that we could close on time. We are so grateful that we had Jerod representing us and we look forward to working with him again for our future endeavors!
