Havent had any issues with app or service yet. Paid my HOA fee and also applied for roofing renovation and everything went smoothly and communication was good through the app.

As the President of The Villages of Preston Meadow HOA, Plano, Texas, we have had an exceptional experience in having JellyBird be our Management company for the past 2 years. We have saved over 50% of what we would have paid an HOA management company that handles larger communities and our Community Manager Matt Wade has been instrumental in working collaboratively with us to support our community and board. Worked with JellyBird on a couple occasions in the last 3-4 months and the experience has been great. Took a little time to set up my account but we built a new home and our account required verification. Submitted a couple ACC requests with attached documents and the process was very easy. Follow up for questions has been very prompt and professional. Look forward to using the app for all of my needs in the future.
