Very good community,1. Walmart, target , Whole Foods, sprouts is nearby.(5 min drive)2. Good walking area and kids play ground3. Parking facility is good4. Maintenance team is very good5. Roaches are there but cleaning house is very important.6. Nice creek view7. They do all events in this community like Christmas celebration, easter egg hunt, Mother’s Day, Halloween day , brunch time etcI am very much happy to be here no complaints from my side

2024: Overall 4 out of 5, a good place to live.2022: Security may be a bit lacking, because last month our car’s front license plate got stolen, not exactly something that you expect would happen when your car is parked well inside the society. Had to go through tons of hassle because of this! 4⭐️ for that.2021 Original review: An amazing place to live. Such a prominent location. Literally everything is on one arm distance. Bonus : The creek flowing by the backside of the society.

Jessica in the leasing office was such a pleasure to work with. She was kind and professional, and also attentive to my needs and concerns. She made sure that my apartment was ready on time, communicated with me to make sure my move was smooth, and that everything was to my liking. This is a clean and peaceful property and has been so far, very comfortable. My personal experience with the ladies in the leasing office and with the property itself has been 10/10!

We have been at Jefferson Creek for a long time. It has easy access to some of the major highways 114, 161 and 635. Its very well connected to both DFW and Love Field airports. Very close to hospital, grocery markets, restaurants and gas stations. The on-ground staff is very helpful and always greet you with a smile. A creek flowing by is a plus with a trail where you can take your morning and evening walks. People here are from a diverse culture and adds warmth to the sense of community. The management organizes seasonal events where you get a chance to meet, greet and socialize with more people. They have been renovating the whole comunity for quiet sometime now. Its a nice place to stay and call home.

Ive been here for 3 yrs. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. The gym is brand new. Community is safe. Cool trail behind the complex by the water...good for walking/running; see pic. Great location. 10 mins from DFW Airport and 20 mins from Dallas Love Field. My only complaint...After 3 yrs as a tenant, I recently started experiencing issues with pests. This is a first for me. There was no sense of urgency when I reported it. Office personnel advised me that they reduced the number of treatments allowed in their contract with Orkin Pest Control. When Orkin finally came 2 weeks later it didnt help. Ive been spending money out of my own pocket trying to combat the problem.

I absolutely LOVE living here. The office manager is super friendly and helpful with anything you need.I have had zero complaints.The maintenance staff are very diligent and fix things fast. The Maintenance staff is amazing and they respond to your problems almost immediately and are courteous and very knowledgeable.The grounds are kept up beautifully and being at the pool feels like youre at a resort.I definitely would recommend Jefferson Creek to all my family and friends.

Jefferson Greek Apartments stands out for its strategic geographic location that is 15 minutes from DFW airport and about 18 minutes from downtown.The outdoor facilities have a good atmosphere and the common areas are clean and well maintained. The GYM area has what you need to workout and the pool is quiet and great for family or friends.The staff is friendly and professional, so they also receive high praise for their service, which contributes to the welcoming atmosphere when getting to know the facilities and making the best decision to rent the apartment.The apartment I chose is well divided, with good lighting and they will leave it totally clean.Thanks to the Jefferson Greek Apartments team.

I lived in this community for 2 years and all I had was good experiences. I had a good creek view from my patio. I felt safe to walk around after dinner around the community.The staff were friendly and helpful. My two bedroom is spacious and worth the money. Close to MacArthur and Royal lane junction walkable to racetrack and several multi cousine restaurants.

I lived at Jefferson creek apartments from past 3 years. Joined here in Nov 2022 and my last date is 5th Sept 2024. I thoroughly enjoyed living here at the middle of the city closer to all main grocery stores, apartments are clean and they have great maintenance people who responds very quickly. I would like to come back again in November after my vacation. Thank you Jefferson creek for having me here and hoping to come back soon in 2 months. Cheers

It is a very peaceful and clean apartment beside a small water body.Maintenance is very good and quick.Walking distance to the marketplace.No security at all,although i dont face any issue.

Well placed community. This community has a lake side view and if you got the house which has a lake view your definitely lucky. Also this Jefferson Creek is located near to Many stores walkable distance. You wanna have food, Hyderabad house is nearby. You wanna pump gas into your car, racetrac is nearby. You wanna go by bus to some place, bus stop is nearby. What not everything.

I have lived here since January 2021 and I love it. Im close to the gas station, bank, Kroger, and Target. The community is friendly and hospitable. The ladies in the office are always helpful and understanding. The maintenance guys are timely and serious about any repairs. Most importantly, the bus passes right by the complex and to the train station where I can leave my car home and go to the airport. I travel quite a bit and do not have to pay airport or hotel parking anymore. I highly recommend this community. I will not leave until I buy a house next year.

Currently renting and my experience from start to moving in, was great! Very helpful staff and my neighbors are nice and everyone kind of just keeps to themselves. Yes, you do see strays, but what neighborhood doesnt have them? Most of the time, the apartment complex is clean. During the end of the summer, however, the pool always seemed to stay dirty. I wasnt too happy about that. Parking is first come, first served. In my opinion, it doesnt get overcrowded. So far, I am very happy here!

I am staying at Jefferson Creek Apartments from last 2 years. Its a nice experience and pleasant stay. The management is good on addressing the issues promptly. Rooms are big and open spaces with plenty of sunlight. Staying near a water body in these hot days, having Its own privileges. I would like to continue till I move to my own home. The price hike is very less. I dont have pets so no idea on those. During last winter, we neither faced water scarcity nor power outrage. The bad days already tested and this apartmnent stands out very good. Shade car parking is free as compared to other places to protect from hail Strom specifically if you stay in Texas. No bed bugs no insects. I believed thats on you how you maintain your house. They provide free pest controls.

I have lived here since 2-16-18 and have to say all and all the place is fine. I see posts about parking and thats a joke. I get home from work at 4pm and head to the gym and dont often get back home till after 9 and I never have a problem finding a parking spot. As for the lack of maintenance, that also hasnt been an issue. Ive had to use the maintenance folks twice and they were responsive both times, once being on a Saturday when my AC went out.Here is where I will say the downside is. 1st the residence, not the property are pigs. There are a lot of international folks whom are used to leaving their trash everywhere. The maintenance crew does a decent job of picking up, but they can only do so much. It would be helpful if there were more garbage cans on the backside of the property by the river.If you have a DOG pay attention here! The property DOES NOT treat the lawn for weeds and this will cause you issues. I have two dogs and both have had burs stuck in their feet from the back lawn by the river! IT would be super helpful if they would weed and feed for this, but be aware and check your dogs paws. Dont let it cost you 400 dollars like I did as it got infected. Ive spoken with a few of the neighbors with dogs about this and two others have had the same issue.All and all a decent place to live, Ive had no issues with the neighbors and the staff has always been great to me.

I have been staying here for the past 1 year and have never come across any major concerns apart from the security incidents that take place here which I get to know through the management emails every 1-2 months. Regarding security, I just got a suggestion for the management. Do add $10 as security charges to the rent for each apartment here which would help accumulate nearly 3000$ a month (from the ~300 apartments here) by the management and please do install security cams around the premises. I dont think the management would require more than 3000$ a month to maintain the cameras to work properly. We are spending mandatory 30$ a month with the rent for the trash service here with no complaints and I am pretty sure nobody is going to care for an additional 10$ for their own safety. This would definitely help the management with more business as well will increase the security of the residents.

I have been living here for almost one year and I can tell you that it has gone under new management. They have upgraded 90% of the apartments at this point and some of the higher end ones have really nice finishings. We chose one of the older upgrades without the high end finishes and still found it to be much nicer than those in the surrounding areas for the similar pricing. We love our view of the creek and we love our apartment. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours 95% of the the time and I have never had a problem with any kind of infestation. The only complaint we have is that it can be difficult to find parking at times if we arrive home late into the evening. We are having a baby in February and our lease is up in April. We are in a one bedroom right now and we are afraid we wont have enough space here, but we love it so much we are sad to think of looking for a new place.

The thing is that you are living in a convenient area where everything is right at your finger. You are right across the street from a gas station. You you can walk to a Starbucks and in the eating places. You are 1/4 mile from a Whole Foods, .5 miles from a Kroger and Target. 2.5 miles from a Walmart. You can get on 114 to get to work, right on the George Bush Tollway, and 2 miles from 635. Everything you can think of is right there when you live in these apartments.
