Jaxson properties along with Zack & Andrea have been instrumental to the success and ongoing progress of our cigar lounge in downtown El Paso to which both have aggressively been attentive to our needs and expectations. Collectively they have made our communication with the property owners seemingly painless and streamline the process of having things done in a diligently and timely manner. We look forward to the continued success of their efforts and the relationship they have developed with us.

The majority of the application and move in requirements were accomplished online. I met the some of the staff in person for the first time to pick up the key, sign the lease and pay the prorated rent. I appreciated that a requirement for move in was to set up insurance with thier partners company for a sense of ease and a lesser amount for a deposit. I am a disabled veteran they were able to accommodate any questions I had and walk me through each step along the way. I witnessed maintenance handling other clients request and my own in a timely, professional manner. I had not seen the property in person until I moved in. It is great in person, truly feel I have found a great home!

Zach and his staff especially Oscar have really been great to me and helped me out a lot. I appreciate all the patience they have provided me. Will definitely keep renting at the location where my office is located at least till I retire.

Everyone I was in contact with over the phone from the kind desk person to Liz had a kind and calm aproach in there voice and were very patient with me as I made many calls about the issue at hand. I cant close my remarks without mentioning Oscar who has been at Transmountain office with Jaxon Texas for many years- He is an above and beyond goal centered employee. All the best to all of you! This is from me again except it may go under Be-- I just want to say this time to the maintainence department-- I have photos of the work done on the landscaping in front of my mobile home-- it was a lot of hard wrk as the one oleandar was large and the castus was very hard to remove also- I give to Juan a 10 + for quick response and great job done. It is not always easy to be like 911 on the double- we have to be patient. Way to go Juan and his crew!!!!

We had to wait a little for the refrigerator to be replaced but it was worth it. A few weeks ago the boiler heater overflowed and the hallway and closet filled with water, but the same day they responded to us and resolved the problem. We are disabled people and we need service as soon as possible. Thank you
