    We have had a good experience with Jacob David Properties. They are very responsive and proactive. The only cons for this company were a couple instances of short notice given for the arrival of the maintenance people and no move-in inventory to fill out for existing damages from previous tenants. The property we rented was priced within reason and the neighborhood was great!

    My husband and I are have *really* been enjoying living in our home managed by Jacob David Properties! So much so that it wasn’t a question that we wanted to renew our lease after our first year! Jacob is a *fantastic* landlord! He’s responded to every one of our calls and emails, and he’s done so *very* quickly at that! He’s extremely thorough and just *on it*! We’ve felt very well cared for and listened to, and we’d recommend living in one of his properties to anyone!

    We absolutely love our rental, and have had very few issues. The issues that we did have were resolved quickly and professionally. I really especially love the proactive maintenance of our HVAC units that they take great care of! The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that we have been charged for very minor things. Other than that, they have been great and worked hard to get us into a unit when we needed to move quickly!

    I have Jacob Buchanan from Jacob David properties managing 6 of my 4 Plexes in San Antonio. Jacob has managed all 6 since they were first constructed. I have received many solicitations from other property managers that offer lower prices to manage the properties. The few dollars I would save is not even worth it. The amount of extra work that Jacob puts into managing my properties is incredible and the maxim that “you get what you pay for” is certainly appropriate. My units have also been completely filled virtually every day for years. I’m shocked at how fast he gets them leased up. It has a lot to do with how quickly he has the maintenance completed and he is always making sure preventative maintenance is completed BEFORE things become an issue. Jacob always goes above and beyond and is extremely easy to work with and most importantly, makes sure my units stay leased up at good rates and keeps up with maintenance. Highly recommend!! You won’t be sorry!

    My spouse and I recently moved into a rental through Jacob David Properties, LLC, and thus far, we have nothing but positive things to say. We relocated to Texas from another state, and during our travels, management offered for us to move in early since our rental was ready before our lease agreement date. We would not be charged for the days before our lease date. Unfortunately, we were on the road and wouldn’t make it before our lease date started, but we truly appreciated the offer! Our home is spacious and fits our needs perfectly. If you are looking for a rental in the San Antonio area, I’d recommend looking into Jacob David Properties!

    I have rented from Jacob David Properties for almost 3 years now. The townhome I am renting was brand new when we moved in. There is great communication from them. Any issue I have had whether it was getting someone added to my lease or a maintenance request, has been answered quickly and resolved. I look forward to renewing my lease this coming year and hopefully years to come. I am proud to call this place my home and it is a huge thanks to Jacob David Properties in giving me this chance to give my family a proper home.

    Jacob is managing my rental properties in the past ~4 years, I am very impressed by his professional services, proactive actions, hard work, timely response to my questions, as well as his fairness to both landlords and tenants. He always get back to my questions or inquiries very timely, even during the weekend or holidays. He is one of the best property managers I have ever worked with, I am very happy with his service and highly recommend him for other landlords, as well as for tenants looking for renting from a very responsive and caring manager.

    Jacob David Properties was super flexible with my family and I during our lease term. They maintained a great deal of professionalism, which Im pretty particular about. They accommodated every tedious need of my family, which is condusive for a healthy tenant/landlord relationship. I thanked them for making my transition as easy as possible, as I was pretty stressed from the out of state move from Colorado.     I’ve been renting from Jacob properties for almost 3 years. This has been the absolute best rental property I’ve ever stayed in. They care about the tenants and take great care of the property. Maintenance is Johnny-On-The- Spot. Their properties are top of the line. I would definitely recommend this place to rent/live.

    I love where I live and management has been great. Jacob is always professional and attentive, For the past two years, Whenever something needs to be fixed(rarely) Jacob is quick to get maintenance on it and in a timely manner which is greatly appreciated.     Jacob managed the property professionally and with passion. He considered the interests from both the tenant and the property owner; in the end it would be a win-win business for both sides.     Been here since October. Nice neighborhoodMaintenance always comes out on time,Jacob and Dimitra are very kind and helpful and return calls on time. Only downfall is the rent is kinda pricey for the amount of room you get on the unit. Besides that everything is great!

    I have rented threw Jacob David Properties for a year now in March. I appreciate the fact that he is always sending out emails from small to big keeping us in the loop and informed and up to date on things going on around the neighborhood and to do with the property we rent. Either it be a lost pet found or an upcoming inspection, you can tell he cares and really has it together.

    I’ve been renting in my current unit for 6 months and I haven’t had an issue. Maintenance is quick, filters for Ac come delivered, regular Ac checks , area is decent and my neighbor are courteous . Only down side I would say is pest control , I feel like if I’m renting that it should be apart of the entire package and it’s not & Rent is a little pricey (but you pay for the area) I will also say cops like to park in the front of the neighborhood a lot lol

    When we first moved to Texas we worked with Jacob David and rented a property in New Braunfels, my family enjoyed this experience and they were always willing to help fix any problems and help with any situation. We left to live by Houston for a bit after our lease but decided to move back to New Braunfels and Jacob David helped us out again with renting a property on the same street we left only a few units down. We enjoy living here and working with this property management

    Great place to live, the neighborhood is very friendly. JDP is very quick to respond to emails and concerns. Rent is a bit high and goes up, but much of that is the economic state and proximity to the city. The neighborhood is conveniently located to so many close things.I will note that renters are required to maintain their lawn or pay for it to be done, and pest control is also responsibility of the renter, so make sure you read your contractual obligations before signing.

    Weve rented for 3 years from this company. They are fair. I wanted to write this to balance out the unfair one star reviews. The landlord has been merciful and understanding many times but still has to pay the bills at the end of the day. We were very blessed to get our rental, and he worked with us at two very difficult times.

    We moved here 3 years ago and Jacob helped with our paperwork and delivered the appliances himself. Since then, he has taken care of the leak by the back door, weatherstripping, A/C repairs--you name it. Probably not a better property management team out there. Hes told me no twice; but I trust him, so I never made a stink about either issue.
