Miko the maintenance guy that came out of nowhere and showed up at the house and found out what the problem was with the breaker inside. Come to find out the electrician before him had doubled up on the wires on one breaker and thats why the breaker kept tripping! Need permission to turn on utilities. I am renting a room from a guy that is renting from this realtor. I have been trying to get my Internet turned on for a week. Felix Jones claimed to be the owner. Now at&t is requiring me to get permission from the owners in writing.I agree Mr Jones is responsible for the house because he is on the lease but it has to be a reasonable request. Turning my Internet on is not unreasonable.I have been waiting for a response from the realtor and havent heard anything yet. Second installation I had to cancelOwner called me and sorted things out.After being told I could stay and Mr Jones cant evict me. I am still being evicted

There was an issue with one of the HVAC units there (making a huge noise that cause substantial reduction in quality of living!!!). 2 words. ☝️Beyond ✌️Expectations. The previous management group was absolutely no help. I would put in request time after time for 4 months. No results, as a matter of fact, Im still disputing that they sent a team to throw away large dead tree. Instead they threw away my furniture and my outdoor decorations. They completely ruined my idea of property management groups. J R Grace Realty, however, was able to restore my belief in amazing customer service. 1 person specifically changed my mind, Tenia. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get her last name. She is what any good customer service member should strive for. She not only set up appointments to my current maintnance issues, but she took the time to point down and set up appointments for my previous maintnance issues that were never resolved from the prior group. Started out trying to get in contact with Monica about the residence we are in now, never heard back from her at all, after leaving messages and contacting her directly. It took Katey to get Monica’s attention for us. Katey knocked it outta the ballpark for helping with this. There were a few issues again with Monica and never truly heard from her about the residential issues after we moved in…. FINALLY, here comes Kristen inheriting the mess that Monica never cleaned up. Kristen came in “like a wrecking ball” and got all of our issues handled with a couple of weeks. She(Kristen) is great to work with, tentative on her calls/text and truly cares about her properties and residence she’s responsible for. Definitely highly recommend Kristen to be someone’s property manager
