After reading many negative reviews being a small time contractor, I must admit my husband and I were deeply concerned after accepting a job and half way complete with getting paid . I can not say nothing but positive, straight forward ,and exact details as to the job we were to perform and exactly what was needed to receive payment was given from Johnny and all others I spoke with . I feel like their attention to details are in line with what I would expect a realtor to expect when listing ones home on the market or over seeing a rental property for a home owner. I felt like they were generally concerned with the best interest of the lein holder/bank connected to the property in which we worked. All staff Jim, Les, Johnny and secretaries are a great bunch of folks who only expect a higher standard of performance that they themselves invest in their work.Happy contractors Handmade Remodeling
