Living at Ivy Lofts - Pearland has been an incredible experience! Located in the heart of the Lower Kirby District, this community offers an unbeatable mix of modern luxury and convenience.The amenities here are outstanding. The state-of-the-art gym has all the latest high-tech equipment, making workouts enjoyable and effective. The luxurious pool is perfect for unwinding or entertaining, and the dog park is a great addition for pet owners. One of my favorite features is the man-made pond, which adds a peaceful ambiance to the property, along with a scenic walking trail that’s perfect for jogs or evening strolls. With retail stores in development right on-site, convenience is about to get even better!Another huge advantage is the prime location. The property is easily accessible via Highway 288, which makes drives to Houston Downtown, the Medical Center, or the Galleria area simple and stress-free. With 288 connecting to most major highways in Houston, commuting anywhere in the city is a breeze!The property staff and management truly elevate the experience here. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to ensuring a high-quality living environment make all the difference. They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in everything they do.If you’re looking for a luxurious, well-located, and beautifully maintained community, Ivy Lofts - Pearland is the place to be. I have been waiting for this community to open for quite some time, and when it finally did, I was thrilled to see what they had to offer. I was indecisive on what I wanted, but my leasing agent, Dylan was patient and kind. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted, even when I constantly changed my mind. Yvonne was also a great help, I love her energy and passion. She was so kind and patient, and allowed me to show my family the unit I would be moving to. Melissa is an amazing property manager. Extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I use to work in the industry, so we are very fortunate to have a leader here who takes her job seriously and communicates effectively and professionally. Maintenance is also 10/10! Very prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. Every request is always completed quickly and most importantly, correctly. My overall experience these past 3 months have been exceptional, so I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been living at Ivy Lofts for about a month so far and I LOVE it. My leasing experience with Dylan was excellent, she was so kind and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire application process. The area is so quiet and peaceful, but still super close to everything you need (shopping, groceries, right off the highway to get downtown).The complex itself is stunning and the interiors are beautiful with high ceilings.All the staff that work here are extremely helpful and professional and do small gestures that go a long way.So happy with my decision to lease here - couldn’t be happier!

I am LOVING living here! It has been just about 4 months and I have enjoyed it. The staff are always so helpful and accommodating. I love the community events they host for residents. The amenities and shared spaces are amazing. The gym has great machines and workout tools. The pool area is so serene. My apartment is very spacious. Needless to say, I’m very pleased with my decision to move here!

Fantastic place to live. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are top notch, the gym is extremely modern. Shared areas are always clean and tidy and look great. There is a small park with a pond and a few trails to walk around 1 minute from the building, There are lots of parking spaces for those with cars. I would highly recommend these apartments, as they are modern and spacious, and the staff cannot do enough to help the residents. Highly recommended.

Living at Ivy Lofts is an absolute delight. There are so many activities in the surrounding area. The park and lake across the street, wonderful hike and bike trails, and the gym is top notch. However, what truly sets this place apart is not only the newness of the property, but the warmth and friendliness of the management and maintenance staff. Community manager Mellissa, Asst manager Yvonne, and Marketing rep Dylan all helped me to find the best apartment size and location for my needs and facilitated a smooth application and move-in process. Also, the head of Maintenance, Kyron, has been extremely courteous, friendly, and professional.I just cant say enough about how much I like this property!D. Jones

*A REAL REVIEW FROM SOMEONE WHO WENT THROUGH THE LEASING PROCESS OF IVY LOFTS*Our entire leasing process from start to finish was amazing!When we first walked into Ivy Lofts. We were immediately impressed. The building is beautiful and clean, and the community surrounding it is peaceful and welcoming. There’s a park with a walking trail and a lake right out front of the building where people were seen riding bikes and going on an evening walk. I also noticed that there are so many grocery/retail stores in walking distance from the property which is definitely a plus.Melissa greeted us with so much warmth and kindness. She is definitely a “people person” - so bubbly and she has a magnetic personality.She was patient with us and explained all options and asked for our all of our apartment desires/needs. We toured the amenities and she did a great job explaining and answering any questions we had throughout the tour. A few highlights of the tour: The Gym is perfect and has everything you’ll need and want including Peloton bikes! The package lockers can hold your groceries in a temperature regulated freezer until you get home, there is a Starbucks machine in the lobby, the business center is equipped with IMac Computers if you work from home etc. There is a parking garage for security and peace of mind when you park your car at night and MORE! Everything was PERFECT! We walked away with 4 different floor plans in mind - which were very hard to choose from because they are ALL perfect!! Ivy lofts has something for everyone - they offer different floor plans to fit your needs. Once we chose our favorite unit the entire leasing process took less than a week! Melissa was communicative with us every step of the way and the entire process went so fast! We are excited to move in - if this is how they treat their tenants then I am happy to call Ivy Lofts my new home! 😊

For months we’ve been looking for an apartment closer to work and visited sooo many but we’re so glad we chose Ivy Lofts! We fell in love with the place from the moment we set foot on the property. It’s so new, and clean, and just perfect for our family! The amenities are top-notch! The pool, fitness center, the lounge, and the location are unbeatable! The shared spaces are well-maintained and always kept clean and the concierge is always responsive. There’s a nice park outside too! It truly feels like home already.A huge shoutout to Melissa, the incredible community manager, who made the entire process seamless. We had a challenging application, but Melissa went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way. She’s warm and incredibly helpful and made us feel like family. We’re so grateful for her!The ladies at the office also took care of us when we moved in and it was a breeze! Shoutout to Yvonne and Damaris! Melissa’s team is just incredible! ❤️We couldn’t be any more happier with our decision to make this our home!

I’ve only really been here for 2 weeks. This place is obviously clean and quiet given it’s brand new but my only concern is that the flooring is thin and the person above me does not have carpet so I can hear people marching on top of my head even though I know they aren’t doing that on purpose. I can also heard the dog running around above my head as well. But I don’t have any major issues

We enjoyed touring here and they answered our questions. The staff were friendly and it was a quiet and relaxing environment. They also followed up afterwards.This is a great location (park and walking area right across from the complex) and the apartments are built well. It had only been open 2 months when we toured and we loved how spacious the units were for the price. It is about 15 minute ride to the Medical Center/Hermann Park on a good day. We are still looking, but this is one of our top contenders.

Little things are often over missed….NOT WITH THE STAFF @IVY LOFTS. I’ve been consistently impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, timeliness of request. This is an ideal location and facility to live in. Giving 5 stars truly isn’t enough, no platitudes, just being 100.

When I tell you five stars across the board!!! My experience was excellent from the time I toured this property. I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan on a Sunday and she was very pleasant and informative and took her time to make sure she gave me the info about the unit that was available for rent that I was interested in. The property is very nice brand new and well kept. Ivy Lofts are setting the tone for Pearland for new apartments!I love my experience.Thank you all!
