Property was great for our family. We stayed here while our house was having work done and the property fit us all very comfortably. Beautiful views, great space and all the amenities youll need. The property manager was fantastic, very responsive to any inquiries and super helpful.

My family and I had a fabulous time at iTrip Austins vacation rental in Round Rock TX. The home was exceptionally clean, including the incredible pool, hot tub and cold plunge! The home had everything you needed including high-quality bedding and one of the most comfortable mattresses Ive ever slept on. The management team was easy to get in touch with, even on a Saturday night when we requested a late check out. Luckily it was available and they got back to us right away! Would highly recommend and cant wait to stay again!

Clean, quite, comfortable, relaxing home away from home. Easy access, pleasant surprise, owner provided nice amenities to make sure we had needed supplies. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 4 night getaway here. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Easy access to pool. Spacious, quiet, clean with nice gym facility. Will plan to be back!

Josh was upfront and honest with me about my property and its viability as a short term rental. He told me my home would likely not be as viable as a long term rental and advised me to seek a traditional property manager. This is something most property managers would not do under any circumstances and definitely is a refreshing taste of honesty in real estate. I have a few rentals and finding honest property managers is tough. The value a good property manager adds is next to none. Protect your best asset with someone you know will do a good job and if a short term rental will bring you cash it looks like Josh will bring you security.

As a property owner I cannot convey enough how much I appreciate the care Amy and company took with the upkeep and maintenance of my short term rental property. I was not in position to visit my property often. Amy and company were my eyes and ears and they did a fabulous job. They continually reviewed the home for potential issues, not waiting until something became a critical point that would affect a tenant’s stay. The trades they use are constantly reviewed for effectiveness, efficiency, and expense. They are the only company I have used that understand taking care of the asset or home and grounds is as important for me the property owner, as making sure my tenants enjoyed their stay in my home. I have used other short term rental companies, NONE have the level of service and upkeep standard as Amy and company. When I did pop in for a review, the presentation of my home to the tenants exceeded my expectations. My tenants were thrilled to come back with re-bookings as they knew due to Amy and company their stay would be in a very clean, issue free environment and if an issue did come up it was handled quickly with their comfort the first thought. My only regret is I did not meet Amy and company years earlier. I feel they are singularly responsible for my properties success as an investment property. My tenants and I highly recommend Amy and company. 5 stars is not enough.

5-star customer service! When we made the reservation, Amy asked if there was something special bringing us to town. I mentioned that we were celebrating my husbands birthday so upon our arrival, we had a nice bottle of champagne and a box of truffles waiting for us, along with a nice birthday card. We received a call from Jen, the Guest Services Coordinator, on day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed.We have stayed in a number of vacation homes and have never received service like this! I highly recommend iTrip Vacations in Austin and cant wait to stay at another of their properties!

After months of being on the fence about engaging a property management company to handle short-term rentals for our lake condo, we engaged iTrip. Our only regret is not engaging them earlier.Amy and her team are thorough, professional, and responsive to the needs of both guests and owners. Every step of the way from getting your property ready for STRs, to welcoming guests, and solving problems that can arise during a stay, iTrip Vacations approaches professionally, warmly, and promptly. If a guest mentions that the refrigerator is not as cold as it could be, within hours a technician is inspecting it, and a temporary mini-fridge is brought in for the guests until the part can be ordered and the repair made. They handle everything and update owners every step of the way.Highly recommend Amy and iTrip Vacations Austin.

We have been working with Amy and Dawn with iTrip since early 2020. We interviewed several management companies and are so thankful we went with their company. They have definitely reduced the stress for us that comes along with owning a short term rental property! Their team is always on top of things and I know I can text or call them anytime an issue or question comes up.I also have to give a huge thank you to one of their home inspectors Kasey! Shes always willing to do little things around the house or check on stuff for me since we are over 3 hours away.If you are looking for a management company in the Austin area, save yourself a lot of time and trouble and give iTrip a call first!

Amy and Dawn are experts and find the best spot for your vacation, or managing your vacation property. They are efficient and detailed, and they treat you like family. I have been working with Amy and Dawn at iTrip for over 3 years and I cant imagine using another property management company. They are THE BEST!!!In fact, I have gotten calls from several competitors and Ive told them I have absolutely no reason to consider switching. I own 3 vacation rentals on Lake Travis that are managed by iTrip. My next door neighbor also has vacation rentals on my street and used Vacasa for a year, and was very disappointed overall. She only made a fraction of the income I did the same year working with iTrip.We are typically slammed from Memorial Day to Labor Day (often with only a day between rentals), and iTrip is completely on top of things. I am constantly AMAZED at the level of service and professionalism. There are so many details involved with vacation rentals, and communication is key. Amy, Dawn, Heather, Kasey and the rest of the team are extremely dedicated and are simply GREAT at what they do.If you are considering a property manager to manage everything for you (advertising, booking, scheduling, cleaning, inspections, etc), do yourself a favor and sign up with iTrip. You will not be disappointed!

I have been using Amy and her team for a year now and I am very happy. We previously had a STR we got just before Covid hit. I used airB&B and went it alone but between the guests that were complaining about anything and everything and trying to manage a cleaner on my own it was always very stressful and we had to constantly be on the phone checking with guests and managing codes etc.After one call out for an hours drive at 10pm at night to go check on some guests who were only complaining so they could get a refund and go to a near by property for less money last minute we decided we had had enough.Can’t remember how I found Amy but since then she and her team are always making sure any guests requests are answered at all hours of the day, Maintanance is taken care of and out booking increased because she can easily manage same day turnovers.Working with Amy is like putting your STR on autopilot and putting your feet up. If you are managing your own property it’s worth the extra costs to have Amy’s team manage it for you. With our extra bookings we are probably net positive in fact.100% recommend! Last note, if you ever get that one guest that damages your place (we did big time), she will work with the STR letting companies to get your money back from their insurance (personal experience following the pain she went through, you don’t want to do that yourself). Thank god I found her!!

Amy at iTrip ROCKS!!!This condo is an excellent get away.10 stars with its comfortable bed with the high end furnishings. A beautiful pool is just steps away from the day and “the deer”.Beautiful deer roam the area!You are greeted with a nice bottle of champagne and strawberries, along with a nice note from the host.Well done Amy!!!Thumbs up!!!
