Ironrock Properties has been managing rental properties for me for nearly ten years. They maintain open communication and promptly share information whenever any issues arise. They are well-versed in the procedures and laws related to rental properties. Additionally, they document and review the properties to assess their condition before a tenant moves in and during lease renewals. They also act quickly to find new tenants. I am pleased to have them as my property managers.

We were so fortunate to have Rosalie Doyle AND the rest of the team at Iron Rock Properties when we PCSd to Texas. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from California to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Rosalie was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her and Iron Rock Properties to anyone.

Iron Rock was definitely one of the better property mgmt. groups I have ever dealt with. The place was not in the greatest condition through no fault of their own and they pushed the owner to make any corrections needed. I always felt like they were on our side even though they were technically paid by the owner of the property we were renting. Also, in an unprecedented, never happened before while renting move, we got ALL of our deposit back after leaving the place in good condition. Other property mgmt. groups are very quick to nickle and dime you, but they knew we were moving into our first home and were more than fair with us!! Thank you for everything Iron Rock!!
