Ive been renting from Invitation Homes for a few years now. The Leasing Experience Specialist Courtnie Schmidt is absolutely amazing. Shes attentive and extremely professional. Whenever I raise a concern, Courtnie is quick and responsive to the issue in their rental. I noticed right away that she has great attention to detail. She provides sound guidance and is our voice when communicating effectively with the company. Courtnie Schmidt also has awesome time management. Her response to our concerns has never been over a 24/48-hour waiting period. Leasing agents need to be adaptable and flexible. Invitation Homes is lucky to have someone with exceptional communication skills that make the tenants satisfaction the main priority. If youre searching for a nice rental property with exceptional staff Invitation Homes is the best option!

Technicians were sent out immediately to assess the situation and they were tremendously responsive in getting the leak fixed with as little disruption to day to day life for my family. I was honestly dreading how long this would take to fix initially but was truly impressed at the speed of the repairs. Total turnaround time from reporting the issue to resolution was beyond incredible.

While my leasing specialist was very difficult to work with, Im overall pleased with the leasing process. Besides the leasing specialist, everyone Ive spoken to with Invitation Homes has been wonderful - very helpful, friendly, and I appreciate the follow-ups now that the lease has started to make sure everything is going well.As a first time house renter, I really appreciate the ProCare system they have, because I know nothing of substance about home maintenance. Stephanie Vice performed my ProCare orientation and shes absolutely amazing; she really turned what was a tedious experience into something fun and interesting and informative. I couldnt believe it, she literally scrubbed the bottom of one of the bathtubs to check if a stain was rust or just some gunk from old pipes. Thats just one of a hundred small things she did that made me feel like I really understand the house my family will be living in and I appreciate it beyond measure.The application process was frustrating, yes, but ultimately Ill be living in this house every day and the care and attention that Stephanie gave me will make each of those days more confident and knowledgeable than they wouldve otherwise been. She knocked it out of the park, I wish everyone had a Stephanie when moving into a new place.

Yesterday afternoon my A/C stopped blowing cold air. I pit in a maintenance order and was scheduled the following day for a technician to come out. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival which is nice when you have dogs. He was on time, thorough, and showed/explained everything he was doing. Bonus is he got the A/C working properly and we are good to go for the rest of this hot, Texas summer. 👍

Tom Smith is hands down the best person to come out. I have had some good maintenance workers come out but he is by far the best. He gets the job done and he explains to you what hes going to do and how hes going to do it. He even took the time to explain to me how to avoid future problems. This is his second time coming out for a different issue and he was knowledgeable with both issues and very professional. His work, attitude and performance is exceptional.

He took the time to not only assess and fix my A/C unit but he also surveyed other potential issues that may cause problems for me. I am not a “handy man” by any means however I was presented with information that I understood and could explain to my husband. Please ensure that Danny knows he is doing a superb job!

The maintenance man who came to solve my work orders at the house gave me excellent service, he solved my maintenance problems and helped me to better understand and use the machinery I have. I am very satisfied with the work of Mr. Mauricio Rivera, very professional. and efficient, more people are needed like him

Our leasing agent, Amber Parker was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and kind in helping us with the move in process and getting everything in order. She responded in a timely manner and answered all of our questions. Josh from accounting was very helpful as well whenever we ran into a problem while paying our security deposit.
