    Been living here for 1 year. I’ve had a great experience. The grounds are well-kept by Eddie and his team; I had one minor maintenance issue with a light and it was resolved. The office is responsive with Carlos leading the way as well! The neighbors are also friendly, and I don’t have any issues with any loud noise or disturbances. I highly recommend .

    I absolutely love living here at The Quest. I’ve lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem with my apartment or its amenities.It’s extremely quiet at allowing me to have quality sleep that I need. Everyone in the community is respectful of others. From my observation, there seems to be many professionals who live here.My favorite part of living here is the I amazing sunset view I enjoy from my apartment. I have no plans of leaving anytime soon and I encourage others to consider these luxury apartments. You’ll love this quiet hidden gem!A few highlights!Rent is easy and convenient to pay through their mobile app. You could easily pay the whole year if you’d like.Maintenance is excellent, if you need something simple as a light bulb, it can easily be requested through the app, a simple call or text, or a simple visit to the front office.It’s a gated community with only one way in but two ways out.There’s a security officer who visits nightly.There’s cameras covering the entire parking lot.The rules of the community are strictly enforced.There’s periodic community Parties in the main lobby.Free Beer and Wine as long as it’s consumed in the lobby.There’s a small business center, gym, pool, pool table, and a ping pong table.

    I recently moved in to Santi with the nice big swimming pool. It was a great decision. Huge shoutout to Catalina Herrera for her dedication and work ethic to keep the complex very clean and smelling good. 😊

    The Integrity Asset Management team does a phenomenal job on maintaining the facilities over at Santi Dwellings (the apartments in the Montecillo area). I want to especially give a shoutout to Catalina Herrera, she maintains the inside of the apartment building looking pristine. It is no easy job since the building is right next to the desert and when we have windy days the dirt comes into the building. Catalina takes no shortcuts I have seen her mopping throughly, thanks to her the hallways always smell super clean. Thanks to the IAM team for making my experience being a resident of over 3 years a great one. Also, please let Catalina know that the residents at Santi really value how well she takes care of our apartment building.

    Catalina is the best. She makes sure the seating areas and walkways are clean and safe to enter. She’s very friendly and professional. She always has a smile on her face and is always welcoming. She makes me feel like I chose the right place. Thanks Catalina!!

    Five stars all the way for Eddie! He is always courteous and professional. Every time I’ve had an issue in my apartment, he’s been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. From fixing my garbage disposal to addressing electrical problems, he always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in top condition.

    I live at Santi Dwelling for over 2 years now, and the only reason I renewed my lease was because of the cleaning and maintenence personnel, especially Catalina Herrera. Shes amazing. Attentive and very professional. If she leaves, I leave.

    Helping my sister look for an apartment with all the bells and whistles, came across Integrity Management Co who had one particular apartment complex that stood out! Visit Arterra apartments on the Westside not only did we find affordable renovated apartments but as a bonus the property has a friendly staff. Malena and her team were so accommodating that I want to move in too!

    Very nice apts. Great location for east residents. Never had an issue but when needed Carlos and Kelly from the front office were always helpful since day 1. Eddie the maintenance man always working hard daily!

    Quest at Edgemere is a great place to live. The staff including Carlos, Kelly and Eddie come across as friends rather than staff. Eddies work is efficient and I trust him. I post on fb pictures of the beautiful flowers and plants on the property.

    In my personal experience, they are a great company. They work very hard to make things comfortable and accommodating for everyone and it is a lot of work being put into this. I lived in one of their properties in Montecillo and I loved it, besides Montecillo being an amazing spot to be at!

    Best regionals and senior management, however the owners are kind and from the moment you walk in, you feel valued. If you read all the reviews youll see that they are all from renters that had a bad experience at a property and I feel sorry for them because as a manager I never wanted any resident to experience injustice. The company tries their hardest to provide training to all their staff to ensure good customer service, which its rare in this industry.If you are a renter, please try to speak with a Regional, they will meet with you and work any issues out to ensure you are receiving great customer service.If you are looking to apply, do it, you wont regret it!
