I contacted Mindy and Rachael regarding a name change on my account. When I received my new HOA dues coupon booklet my previous name was used. I emailed Mindy and Rachael right away. They responded quickly and looked into the request. They fixed the issue within days of me contacting them. I appreciate their acknowledging my request and taking care of it right away. Thank you for your help Mindy and Rachael.

My husband and I absolutely love Rachael, the new manager of the HOA. Her communication skills are impeccable, shes friendly, and she cares about the up-keep of Lantana. The reason we moved here almost 17 years ago was because Lantana was a beautiful and thriving community to live in. Kids were outside playing everywhere (like it was when my husband and I grew up in small towns in Connecticut). We would like to see it to stay that way especially for property values and re-sale. We came from the city of Dallas with no HOA. Our once beautiful neighborhood got run down quickly because homeowners did not take care of their houses, fences, trees, shrubs or lawns. Some wouldnt mow their backyards and their grass had gown to over 55. They would leave junk cars that no longer worked on the streets, Section 8 moved in all around the outside of the neighborhood. Break-ins became the norm. Our elderly neighbors had been broken into twice. Thankfully they werent home. Gun shots going off at 3:00 am were an everyday occurrence. Police helicopters flying over our neighborhood all times of the day and night looking for criminals was normal. Garbage and recycle cans were left out in the alley ways 24/7. One of my neighbors was taking a bag of garbage out to her can at 2:00 in the afternoon while police helicopters were around. When she opened her can the criminal they were looking for was hiding inside her garbage can. We started trying to raise money to maintain the entrances of the neighborhood because the city wouldnt mow but most people didnt want to pay because it wasnt a mandatory HOA. Right after we moved out and the new homeowner moved in he was broken into. He had his back gate locked: from the inside so they climbed on the retaining wall and jumped over an 8 fence into the backyard and threw a brick through one of the back windows. Thankfully he was at work when they broke in. I spoke with the city of Dallas several times before we decided to move and they did not have the time, manpower or money to do anything about it. With no HOA, sadly, its even worse almost 17 years later. We are grateful to live in a safe, beautiful and thriving community. We are thankful for all Rachaels hard work in keeping Lantana beautiful.

I had the privilege of getting to communicate with Tonya Martin who is in charge of our neighborhood HOA (Insight Association Management), regarding a situation with our neighbor. Although the situation with our neighbor was not pleasant, Tonya was very informative in helping us handle the situation & always super punctual with communication. It’s hard to come across people who actually want to help- speaking with her is always helpful & easy rather than dreadful like most management companies.

I live in Lantana, TX and have found this HOA management company to be competent and responsive to homeowners requests and questions (even if you dont always get the answer youre hoping for). 5 stars from me and will update later if anything changes.

My first experience with Insight Association as our HOA. I reside in the Stoney Creek Community in Sunnyvale, TX. Ive got to tell you, the professionals at Insight Association are very helpful, nice, and expeditious. They are only a phone call or email away to address any of your issues or concerns. They respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible. Also they are on top making sure the community regulations are followed properly by the residents.Also, our community manager Kristi Breuning is a super nice lady!!!#saysomethingnice

Insight Association Management has helped our family from the very beginning of our journey living in PCR (Mainview) in Frisco. The team has been friendly and professional in answering a range of our questions from the annual events they plan for the community to handling solar panel installation and helping us with replacement of drains in our yard. The Parkside community in Celina is the perfect place to live and raise your family. It is small enough that you get to meet all your neighbors. This is our fifth HOA community that we have lived in and I have to say, it is one of the best, if not the best of all. We hope that Insight Association Management continues to do a great job.

The difference between Insight and the Lakes of Prosper’s previous management group is truly as different as Night & Day. Insight has proven to be a proactive management group that listens to their customers. In my experiences they have even taken a common sense approach to the issues that affect the community!....mostly unheard of in the HOA management industry. Great balance between ensuring the community is cared for and not over-reaching with enforcement. Much credit goes to Pamela Anderson with Insight for staying engaged with the community.

I love living in Lantana, an Insight neighborhood. I am thankful for all the events they do for us all year. Ive never lived anywhere with such attention to everything and so much offered for the residents. The upcoming Fall Festival is just one example. Every year the lights in the center of the neighborhood are beautiful. We love the two garage sales each year, music on the green, the annual car show. So thankful to live in Lantana! #thankful

I live in the Timber Ridge Tail division Mckinney, TX. We have a great HOA that is willing to work with you in any way possible. They have quick response to phone calls, emails and correspondence. Definitely put the homeowners first.I am thankful for, the community is beautiful and every attempt is made to keep the community beautiful, safe and family oriented. The people.in the community are friendly and it has the feel of a family environment. I have lived here for 10 years and would not trade a thing.The community and HOA is family and kid friendly, this is very important for people living in the area. Safety is portant to me, and I definitely feel the love by the HOA and citizens living in the communication.The community continues to grow and I am grateful for that.
