Love working with Jennifer Blanchard. I’ve known many community managers but she is by far the best I’ve worked with. When issues arise in our communities, she is quick to respond to our emails and addresses our issues right away. Other community managers in the past either respond back in a few days or it would take multiple emails for them to respond back. When having issues with a sprinkler leak or an emergency like a tree falling over, being responsive is a must. So glad Inframark has someone like Jennifer working for them.

My experience is with Heidi Flores as the general manager of Lakewood Forest, a large subdivision in northwest Houston. She kept this neighborhood running smoothly and looking good! She was always very responsive when I contacted her regarding neighborhood business, especially pertaining to deed restriction violations. Whats more, she always volunteered to help with neighborhood events organized by the HOA or the Civic Association. She gave us 110%, every day. We want her back!
