One of the nicest options for military housing in the area. Management is always professional and proactive. If you make a maintenance request, it is answered incredibly quickly. Merrissa at the front office works hard to throw fun events monthly for the community. Our kids love to play in all the parks. Family-friendly community. I have friends in other housing communities that wished they lived in our complex.

Literally the best little community ive lived in , in Kingsville . Office staff super helpful & friendly as well as maintenance techs ! They are always quick to respond to any issues within the units & fix things the right way ! Love living here !

Hunter’s cove is the best community in Kingsville. Marissa the property manager is amazing. She is very informative, helping, and extremely kind. The maintenance staff is great as well always fixing any and all issues. Great team at Hunters Cove.

I absolutely love living at Hunters Cove. I have lived here for 10 months now and I havent had any issues that werent solved immediately. Jessica in the main office is absolutely amazing and always happy. Every time I come to her with something, she always knows how to help and gets things worked out immediately. My A/C has gone out twice and each time, the maintenance guys have come out within 10 minutes of putting in the request. Luis, one of the maintenance guys, is extremely handy and friendly. He is always quick to come handle any of your needs. I had two wasps nest outside of my apartment and within 30 minutes of me reporting it, someone came out to spray it. I have found a few bugs, but it is South Texas. There are bound to be some. Nothing too major. Only reason I will not be resigning my lease is because I can no longer afford the rent and dont need three bedrooms for just myself. If you are thinking about living here, please do it. It is completely affordable for a three bedroom apartment. I swear you will not regret it moving here. It is an amazing complex and you will enjoy living here.

Love the property! The leasing manger Marissa was very informative and very tentative! She was very friendly and answered all the questions and concerns I had. The property is Very beautiful and kept up to date. The driveways needs to fix so many bumpy roads. Super scared to dent my rims or mess up my tires. Still highly recommend the property.

I moved in a few weeks ago from out of city. I didnt have a chance to physically look at the apartments, but once I pulled into the complex I was amazed by how out of place it seemed. The quality of the housing far exceeds surrounding establishments and the interiors were extremely clean and well taken care of. Having half of my utilities already paid for as well as a very decent price for monthly rent made the transition seem less stressful. I could definitely see this being a great place if you have children.The staff are incredibly nice and straightforward and are always willing to help you. Their office is also open on Saturday and 24 hour maintenance is available.If youre making a choice of where to live in kingsville because youre moving down to work on NAS kingsville this should definitely be your first consideration.

So this is my 2nd time living in Hunters Cove. The experience has been amazing both times. If youre not ready to purchase a home, Id recommend renting at Hunters Cove. The homes are spacious and the community is just a peaceful setting. The new management is so much better compared to management that was here in 2014. Keep up the good work and thanks for making Hunters Cove an amazing place to live!

I love this complex! The apartments are very spacious and the rental price is fair. Our apartment was upgraded with beautiful counter tops and new appliances. I also love that there is always something going on at the community center whether it be give-aways, zumba, seasonal parties, taco tuesdays, etc. They have really gone above and beyond to be a friendly and eventful community!As far as maintenance goes, I put in a request and literally had someone calling to schedule the repair 5 minutes after my request!! Also, I know of a few people who had requests and complaints about other things in the community, and Hunters Cove worked hard to fix these issues as best as they could, while still making sure that the needs and opinions of everyone else in the complex were still being satisfied.My only suggestion would be to fence off the back baseball fields for a dog park open 24/7! There are a lot of dog owners with dogs who need to run around in a safe place!

My family and I live here currently and as a prior military family we have lived in all kinds of military housing. Before hunters cove we had bad experiences with military housing (specifically Lincoln military housing) With that being said, the management, front office, and Maintnance manager and Maintnance men are the most caring, hardworking team. Any issue that has come up has been resolved in such a caring manner. There is not many renting options in kingsville so we have such piece of mind living here. So, If you are saving to buy a house this is the place to be.

I lived here with my hubby and 3 kids. Specious, well kept and comfortable. If you have an issue, maintenance comes the next day or sometimes the same day. The pool is nice and so is the park/playground

Best place ever! I love that I have great neighbors, front office staff is super sweet, maintenance are fairly quick, and I haven’t had any issues at all!
