My experience here has been nothing but great. Office staff communicates in a professional manner. Ms. Stephanie and Martha are amazing. Ive been here a couple of years, and I can say I love the community. Now I understand. It depends where you live (part of complex) and your outlook, but overall, for ME , its been quiet nights, friendly neighbors, community stays clean, and maintenance is responsive. Now, given that sometimes they are shorthand, it may take a while, but thats understandable. Again, overall experience is great. I hate to move, but if I had to loop around and look again.. this is a go-to for me.

If you are looking for an apartment now or want to move in the future, you can consider this place. The management staff are very enthusiastic and the maintenance staff are very prompt. If you need help, they will always solve it quickly. There is a security patrol car in the apartment. Transportation is also very convenient. Schools are also just minutes away! My friends and employees have been living here for 2-5 years!.

The move in process was very simple & easy. Martha my leasing agent was very knowledgeable & efficient in everything. It was because of her and her patience & professionalism that I chose Hunters Chase. She is a great asset to Hunters Chase.Any maintenance request that I have had is done very quickly & I’m always kept up to date. Josh the maintenance guy is a sweetheart especially with my furbabies. Michelle the manager is up to date with any issues which great.I love living here !!!

Spacious apartment. Dishwasher and washer/dryer units need updating. Office staff loves making tenants do extra work. A la, mailbox issues, landscapers don’t pick up tree limbs, rocks all over the parking lot, and water has been shut off multiple times.

I’ve been living at the Hunters Chase apartments since 2020 and in my time living here the maintenance team and front office team answer any questions or concerns with a fast turn around time. The area is nice. When we had a fence around the complex, it gave some much needed privacy from the community around us. They have continually made improvements to the complex in my time being here. Hopefully we get a new fence soon.

I have really enjoyed living at Hunters Chase! The beautiful pool and bar-b-q area is full of trees and is so wonderful in the summer, and the fireplace is amazing when its cold outside. I have never encountered any drama and love the location in a beautiful neighborhood! The elementary school is in walking distance and the school is amazing. I definitely recommend living here!

I have lived here for 6 years and havent thought about moving out. Its a nice place in a nice area. They make lots of improvements and try to keep the place nice. My apartment is reasonably nice and always pest free. My neighbors are quiet and everyone respects each other. Parking is free and no problem. Ive rarely needed maintenance and when I did it was completed to my satisfaction. I recommend Hunters Chase apartments.

Maintenance is awesome! During the ice storm they helped lots of residents with their stuck cars. The pools are well maintained. You see maintenance spending hours every day cleaning the 2 pools! Maintenance gave groceries to residents in need out of the kindness of their hearts. They also hold a food drives to help the poor. They are very kind people. Ive never had any issues with any of the residents either. To me, they are all awesome people. Some of the long time residents stop in and chat with them. Maintenance picks up loose trash 5 days a week. Grounds looks great! They built landscaping walls and put mulch and landscaping rocks in. They hired like 7 tree trimmers to cut/trim like 40 trees and the trees look awesome! Its a nice place to take a walk. They tore out a block long fence/hedge that got damaged and it cleaned up nice! The neighborhood is nice. There is a nice park a block away. Great restaurants any direction you drive. Costco about 10 minutes away!

We just moved in about a month ago and I waited a while to write a review just in case things changed but we are loving our experience.Honestly not sure why everyone is so brutal in some of these reviews. The apartments are little older but they have obviously been updated by someone who knows what they are doing style wise. It was clean upon move in, the carpets had been washed and they were pretty new and stylish, which is rare for old apartments.We came here from a nice apartment in California and this honestly feels like a step up, especially because of the price! We havent had any serious issues with bugs and the AC is prime, especially in August that is saying a lot.We had a really seamless move in process and the management was so helpful and polite as we moved in sight unseen. Our neighbors are so nice and quiet and there is plenty of parking. We love the little dog park for our fur baby and the pool is always clean and well maintained.I just wanted to leave an honest review so people dont panic unnecessarily before moving in, we really like the place, especially the large porch and the spacious closet space! We do have a second story apartment so I hope our downstairs neighbors dont hear us walking too much but on our side things are pretty quiet.

Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in Austin Texas I have to say this is the best one yet. Quiet, kid friendly, great access to the highway and the neighborhood and neighbors are nice and friendly. A great place to live in comfort

I’ve lived at Hunter’s Chase for the past few years and it’s a nice place live. It is one of the few left affordable places in Austin. They also have great amenities and nice staff. You will enjoy living here.

I lived here for 6 years and I let me tell you, I am going to miss this place. The staff was so friendly and would address any issues that arose and would even inform me if there was a delay with maintenance. The apartments are a bit older, yes, but they work super hard in maintaining the grounds and keeping it professional looking and modern. Parking lots were never crowded and there was ample space to park your vehicle.The staff is always energetic and excited to help. Shout out to Gayla because she is amazing and takes pride in helping her tenants. Thank you Hunters Chase for a great living experience for 6 years!

Great and quiet area. The neighbors are pretty chill and the complex is well maintained. It’s pretty spacious and overall feel was minor luxury. Management and staff were attentive and highly professional (Michelle, Cynthia, Gale and Victor to name a few). We did have a few differences but I still think they are doing a fantastic job. Thank you for keeping the area feeling homey! Of course the maintenance team has to get a shout out as well!My only gripe is the AC units. They are kind of a tank for accumulating electricity. It wasn’t just my apartment it was others as well. It’s best to keep a close eye out on the activity of your unit just as an FYI. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing them so hit them up if you have any issues.Personally I think it’s a bang for your buck compared to other properties in ATX. I would totally live here again if I wasn’t moving to San Antonio.

I spent a year in this apartment and the only thing that i can say is..Thank you so much for everything.My apartment was in a quiet corner, beautiful laminated wood floor, all the appliances worked perfectly, spacious leaving room and bed room. The kitchen is a bit small but not compliant it was enough for a single guy. On December i used the chimney in the leaving room, i felt like home...I NEVER HAD TO GO AROUND AND FIND A PARKING LOT..theres always one in front of your apartment...always!!. Very quiet neighbors and neighborhood, nice and easy location (supermarkets, highways, gym are in about seconds).Its really safe, i never had any issue, with nobody or anybody. No cockroaches, no nothing for me it was perfect.Ms Gayla understood that it was my first time renting an apt and coming from another different state and city. She was kind and respectful but very professional. I cant be more than thankful to her....Thanks to the team at Hunters Chase too.. Never a grumpy face, or disrespect. Always open to fix or get a solution to your needs.I had to leave because i lost my job....but i will never hesitate to rent there again if i have to.THANK Y ALL

Ive been living here for about 6 months now and Im happy. The price is right, the neighborhood is great (I can run to multiple parks and I feel very safe), the inside is dated and the color scheme isnt really my taste, but overall I am happy living here! And the maintenance guy is super friendly and hard-working which is always a plus!

Ive been a tenant here for almost two years and I have to say, while some of the managers are a bit abrasive, they have always addressed my needs and the needs of my neighbors in a quick and professional manner. Ill even make mention of the times when I was being a less-than-considerate neighbor and admired the care and concern they took in responding to a complaint made by my downstairs neighbor.Im very pleased with the prices, as the same square footage at my last two places ran me about $200 more per month--keep in mind that these were also luxury complexes with thin walls, very little personality in the neighborhood, and very little space on the patio. My apartment at Hunters Chase is perfectly tucked away from busy traffic and yet conveniently located to 183, Mopac, and 45. Wood laminate flooring, large bedrooms, spacious patio, and very reasonable rent--I plan on renewing as long as I can while in school and working towards purchasing my first home. I dont really know why the parking lot is always wet at night--theres got to be an explanation? I read that it was from the sprinklers to keep the landscaping tidy but Ill agree, its a bit excessive.Overall, I love living here and think its a charming space. :)

I lived there for a short duration in 2013 (March-July). I had an emergency come up to where I had to leave, and they were very helpful every step of the way. There was an 80% of rent fee for breaking the lease (which came to around $400), and instead of reporting it to any creditors, they just ended the lease on the next payment day, which was August. Because of this, I have no bad marks on my credit and can rent again.Im in a more fortunate situation now, so I will be renting again from them next month, and Im excited! I had the one bed/one bath they call Unit A, and I was extremely impressed with the size. Large living room, decent sized dining area, large kitchen with pantry, large bedroom, HUGEEEEE walk in cloest. The bathroom was cut off from the sink, which is great when you have two people living there. One can be taking a shower, while one is getting ready by the sink area.I had no maintenance issues except for the oven not working, but they came out the next day to repair it. Very quick! Parking is plentiful (never more than 5 spaces from my apartment walk-in area), workout rooms, pools, etc... its very pretty.Im super excited to move back there next month... just wish this month would pass by quicker!

I have lived here almost seven years. The apartments and property are kept up to date. I have never had a problem with work orders. They are done promptly. The location is great. HEB is one mile from the apartments. There is a park one block away. The apartments are great for seniors as well as families. Also pet lovers. Great place to live.

I have lived at these apartments for 3 years and had the best experience. This was my first time living alone and having my own place. The staff is fantastic at communicating with their tenants about maintenence and any issues that I had. Maintenence was sent over quickly and efficiently. Over the course of three years they were generous about updating my apliances, W/D and fridge, instead of trying to make them hang on and save a buck. I had a giant space for a fair price and could not have asked for a better living situation. The grounds are always well kept and beautful. Gayla is a wonderful property manager and very kind and understanding to her tanants. I will be sad to leave but grateful for the experience.

!!!! This is my third year and I enjoy living here...I have had some frustration with the main pool being out of service. I spoke with the corporate office and now have a better understanding ..Thank you for being a quiet , affordable and well maintained property...You do need to work on your communication .
