We absolutely loved our time at our cozy home!The location is fantastic - a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a real sense of community.The house itself is full of charm and character, with lovely original wood floors and a spacious layout.The property management team (H L & M) was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our tenancy.Any minor maintenance issues were addressed promptly and professionally.We especially appreciated the included lawn care, which kept the yard looking tidy.While the house is older, it has been well-maintained and features modern updates like a new washer and a convenient ice maker in the fridge.We found it to be a comfortable and welcoming home.We highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to live in a wonderful neighborhood!

I’ve had nothing but a good experience with the two years I’ve lived in my unit. Quiet and respectful neighbors, comfortable assigned parking, and while yes the units are older that’s part of the charm. If you don’t want a dated unit, look at the pictures lol. I absolutely love my apartment and maintenance has been extremely responsive, usually coming within the same day. I am shocked to see so many negative reviews when I’ve literally had nothing but a good experience with the management team and their maintenance guys.

Kathi and Daisy are 2 of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met! I have never had a landlord or property manager go so above and beyond for me ever. They are quick to take care of any and all requests but there was never any major issues in the 3 years I lived at their property. Che and Oscar are some of the best Maintenance guys I’ve ever met too and fix everything quickly. Would not hesitate to lease with them again!

Best rental experience I have ever had. The Property Manager was very thoughtful and responsive through out all my time with HLM. She alway goes above and beyond when it comes to her tenants. I am extremely pleased with this company and the experience Ive had with them. 10/10 recommend.

Best experience with a landlord Ive had. Was very responsive, and extremely accommodating. I felt bad for management during my stay due to my fellow neighbors being extremely difficult, and self centered, but management was phenomenal.
