As our realtor, Bruce did an excellent job in selling our property. The property was sold slightly above our ask price. Bruce and Claudia were able to list the property and sell it in record time (sold in few weeks). As the landlord the entire process was stress free and flawless. Being remote in California I was not required to travel to Texas, Bruce had made all the arrangements to complete the sale remotely (title transfer, funds transfer, etc)

My tenant is also very happy with their professionalism as well; he has been renting my condo for almost 10 years. I leased a property that was managed by Houston 4 Lease for two years. They were professional, courteous, and responsive when it came to repair and maintenance requests. Additionally, when a disagreement on the condition of the property at the end of my lease arose, they were transparent and reasonable when trying to reach a mutually agreeable solution. I would happily do business with them in the future, either as a tenant or a property owner.

The first year after transitioning to their management was bumpy, but the past two years have demonstrated that their methodical and patient approach yields financial dividends.
