Ive had a few quiet years with very little issue as a homeowner entrusting them with my property. Patti is the person whom I was recommended and I appreciate that she makes an attempt to correct issues and resolve interpersonal issues. She is willing to discuss things and try to make it right so I appreciate that, and I am putting my faith in its resolve. Recently I had felt as though they were putting the tenant first which was difficult to understand when they pay late almost every month, but Patti was quick to come up with a solution and I know its difficult working to please everyone. Since Patti is the one who is professional and whom I originally contacted for help as a property manager, I asked her if I could speak with her directly to avoid interpersonal issues between her staff and myself from now on. I was a homeowner who moved out of the area and thankful for their help during the times I was physically too far away and not knowledgeable enough to rent my property on my own.
