Someone came out and supposed to have fixed HVAC system it’s still acting up the same way so I don’t know who I can get in contact with but someone to come back out because it’s doing the same thing. I think the unit is too small for the house.

We havent had many issues with our rental but when we have Homeriver Group has responded quickly. Reporting issues are easy with their app and communication is great. This month we needed roof repair and the exterior pressure washed. They had a company assigned quickly and remedied just as fast. Weve been here 6 yrs and theyve also replaced our dishwasher, fridge and our rent is reasonably priced. Maybe we won the lottery on homeowners and property MGMT company.

My boyfriend was home today, so he greeted the repairman and allowed him in my home. My boyfriend mentioned that the assigned technician did a great job with the repairs. He fixed everything that needed fixing, and did so quickly. He also came straight from his other repair job and got to my house sooner than scheduled. I appreciate the maintenance company getting this done.

Since working with HomeRiver I can honestly say I personally had the privilege before now to work with such a assiduously and motivated reality company. HomeRiver since taking over my lease, they have proven that they care about their renters. My home is a older house and homeriver has been absolutely amazing handling my small inconveniences. The management and maintenance teams are quick to respond and promptly fix the issue in a punctual manner. They have been a absolute pleasure to work with.

We’ve been with Home River Group right at 2 months now. I’ve had 3 very small maintenance requests since we moved in. Those requests have been acted on almost immediately, someone was in our home within 24 hours and the problems have been solved. Everyone with Home River has been beyond kind and responsive. So far, we are really enjoying this company. As for the vendors they send out- it obviously varies by need but the 3 that have responded so far have been on time, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. It is clear Home River takes there time picking and vetting there vendors.

From the renter side, I must say this has been a great experience. The beginning as a little rocky, with turning on a few services, but after Kayla Saade took over the account, it was nothing but a great experience. Even when I need to extend an additional month it was not a problem and handled completely with professionalism and grace. Thank you HRG for treating me so well and trusting me with your property. Ive had a great experience partnering with HomeRiver Group for several months. Theyre very responsive to any question I have as a landlord and did an amazing job systemizing the tenant placement process.Online portals make rent collection transparent for all parties. Repair orders are also quoted quickly, reported to the landlord effectively, and completed thoroughly. I was impressed HomeRiver Group was even able to offer assistance while I was completing the renovation process for a property, before they had agreed to begin property management services.

If youre lucky enough to get Paul Jeramaz as your property manager then you will easily have a 5 star experience. He is incredibly responsive and caring about all required needs.
