The best property management company out there! I sincerely appreciate Jim and the team at Home Realty and how amazing they’ve been to myself and my entire family over these past couple of years! I highly recommend this business. I also want to shout out the vendors that Home Realty works with that have helped us with the typical home maintenance issues that inevitably arise. Every vendor is always so friendly and works quickly and efficiently. They’re awesome!

We had such a great experience having Home Reality as the property management company for the house we recently rented. From the beginning, our property manager Mike, took great care in making our move in very comfortable and easy, as we were moving in from out of state. Mike had to transition the property over to another manager halfway through our lease, but this did not impact our experience at all. We then had Jim, who was just as great with his communication skills and ensuring we continued to have a good rental experience. Jim helped give us excellent resources for a carpet cleaning agency for our move out, and helped transition our water and utilities back over out of our name. Overall, we had a great experience with Home Reality and Management!

The unit we lived in had a unique heating system problem and he worked diligently to rectify the situation for us. Jim is honest, fair, and accomplished, and we highly recommend him and Home Reality and Management.

Jim is very professional and having him manage my two investment properties has given me tremendous peace of mind. Jim strictly screens all applicants and has set criteria that he follows to ensure we only rent to high quality tenants. If any problems arise during the tenancy, or with my property, Jim has always taken care of the issues – informing me of each step along the way to resolution. He is very attuned to the local real estate market and has provided me with information from time to time to keep me up to speed. I am lucky to have found Jim and Home Realty as he continues to exceed my expectations with his diligent and focused work.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience working with Mike from Stars and Stripes. Mike helped us rent our home in Colorado. He did a great job in finding the right tenant for us and he took care of all the necessary maintenance of our home while we were in California. He really cared for our home as if it was his. When we had to do repairs, he helped us get quotes and find the right contractor for the job. When it was time to sell our house, he took care of all the necessary steps so that everything went so smoothly even though we were living out of state. If you are thinking of renting or selling your home, I highly recommend Mike.

Back in 2016 Mike helped us with the purchase of our first home after being highly recommended to my husband and I by a co-worker. When the time was right to move on from that property this year and sell our home, we knew we wanted to work with Mike again and take our business to Home Realty & Management. Having never sold a house before, and with all of the uncertainty around COVID, we had a lot of questions, and Mike was amazing. He listened to our concerns, helped us understand our options, and supported us in every way.Every time we have worked with him, he is incredibly responsive and always made us feel like we were a priority to him. He has a great network of connections to assist with inevitable needs of preparing a house for showings/inspection items and his recommendations never let us down. His communication style is clear and concise, and he does a great job of explaining the complicated jargon and legal documents included in real estate. If we are ever looking to buy in the area again, I know we will want to work with Mike. Hes a wonderful agent and we highly recommend!

Mike had been my property manager for five years before he helped me sell my house recently. Mike has given me the greatest possible help! He truly is a blessing!He always brought the highest quality tenants. During the past five years, there were only couple minimal maintenance issues which he had his contractor fixed it timely and in a very reasonable price. When the lease had expired, he helped me list it on the market for sale; my house went under contract within two days and was sold for more than the listing price.It’s truly been a pleasure working with Mike. He is very kind, has good integrity, and knows the real estate extremely well. He has been taking excellent care of my house, giving me helpful advices, and most importantly he has given me the peace of mind! Even though I live out of the state, I’ve never worried about my house since Mike took it over.If you are looking for a property manager/realtor who is good and honest, and you come across Mike’s contact info, you don’t need to look further, because you’ve already found the best!

When my husband and I first moved to Colorado in 2011 we rented a property from him and he was a wonderful landlord. When it came time to buy a house in 2013 we called up Mike and he had no problem finding us a great house in our price range. Now in 2016 we are selling that house and Mike got us multiple offers the first day of showing, all above asking price! Hes amazing at what he does and he really takes care of his clients. I would highly recommend him for renting or for buying and selling!

I cannot recommend Mike enough. For our house in southeast Denver, he served as both our property manager and later our realtor. As our property manager, my husband and I trusted him completely to make sure our home was cared for and our tenants had a professional to work with. There were so many times my husband and I looked at each other and said, Thank goodness we have Mike. When we decided to sell, Mike went above and beyond as our realtor. He provided well-researched advice on different improvement options and respected the decisions we made. He suggested contractors and acted as a point person for the improvements we made. He made the whole process a walk in the park for us. We sold for our goal, as the cherry on top. We highly recommend Mike both as a property manager and as a realtor.

I have purchased a home using Mike twice now. I would not purchase again in the future without him. He is amazing! Mike is so professional and accurate in his guidance with a stressful process of buying a home. He is with you every step of the way if he does not have the answer to something he will find someone who does. He is patient kind and great at putting you in the home that you ask for. My first purchase was for a large home and my second was for a small home during a divorce. Mike made the experience a great one from start to finish even with not the best circumstances. He is great at responses and guiding you through the process. You will not go wrong with utilizing his valuable services. Having Mike by my side was priceless and left no unanswered questions. I ask a lot of questions! He is great and I will continue to use him in future purchases.

In 2016, he was my listing agent.Mike was professional, trustworthy, responsive, and highly effective as a manager and listing agent over the long-haul. He helped greatly in lowering the stress associated with owning an out-of-state rental property. When problems arose due to tenant or maintenance issues, I could count on getting timely and cost-effective problem resolution. His service included going above and beyond on multiple occasions. For example, following severe weather damage he assisted in coordinating activities of the insurance adjusters, handymen, and roofing specialists. In selling my house, he did a great job in negotiating price and terms. I have rented private residences from property management companies before because the service generally wins out over large apartment complexes, but even so, Stars & Stripes Homes has been my best experience thus far! Everyone I met and worked with was extremely professional. Their website makes it so easy to pay rent and make service requests any time of day. They respond to service requests within 24 hours AND all the contractors they use are professional, friendly, and efficient!Mike Giallanza is easy to get a hold of and always very helpful. He was upfront about terms and expectations of the lease. I was able to easily extend my lease to avoid moving mid-school year.Part of the lease includes having the residence professionally cleaned including carpets before vacating. After just moving to a new place where this is not required, I cant say enough how grateful I was to move into a place with confidence that it is spotless. I wish my new property management team had these same standards.The only reason I did not continue with SSTH was because I needed a place with a yard for a big dog and there was nothing available in my time frame/budget. Nonetheless, I will definitely be checking their listings next time Im in the market.

I only had a few small maintenance issues while living in one of their properties, but any time I put in a maintenance request, they were incredibly responsive and worked with me until the issue was resolved. I also had some personal issues that arose that forced me to to have to break my lease, and I couldnt have asked for more compassion and thoughtfulness than I received from this company.
