This place is FANTASTIC!!!Since the new owner & the name change things could NOT have been better. It’s like living in a park. Squirrels run around the green grass and tall mature trees. The management has been great and they address every maintenance issue right away.I truly love it here and plan to renew!!!!

I have lived at the Arbor Garden Apartments for over 2 years now and am extremely pleased with the way their location is run. We have an amazing apartment Manager by the name of Olga Castillo who works very hard to please every tenant. She is quick to move when any type of maintenance problem is brought to her attention. She works hard to provide a family environment and family feel of the whole complex. She makes her tenants feel comfortable and appreciated when she doesnt have to. She knows your name. Remembers your childrens names sometimes even your friends who come visits names. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make us all feel at home. The apartments are spacious and affordable. Arbor Gardens is a very comfortable living. My daughter and I absolutely love this place we call home. I stand by the Arbor Garden name and all that it promises. I suggest it often and even have several friends and family who have moved in at my suggestion and love it just as much as I do.

Just moved here 4 days ago! So far so good! 2bd/2ba all Bills paid and very spacious! Quiet and nice swimming pool that my son enjoys. I love that I feel safe due to the locked building entrance that u have to go through in order to get to ur apt. that only tenants can have access to. Ill keep updates on my stay here! Im pleased and content. Olga is nice and professional and very patient.

Ive lived here almost a year and I love the landlord, Olga. Shes a wonderful helpful person who cares about the property and her tenants. My apartment is HUGE!! 2BD/2BTH cant beat that ALL BILLS PAID too!! We love Arbor Gardens!!
