We took back a distressed property via a forelcosure that had some issues to be resolved and Ben Plouvier put us in touch with all the right people to get it fixed up and sold quickly. Given the condition, we received a strong price offer and had the transaction closed out in under two weeks. Would recommend Ben to anyone looking to sell a home in the Houston area!

    My wife and I were so lucky to have Ben as our broker. He helped us throughout the process from so many different perspectives. He helped educate us on the house hunting process (especially helpful for the first time homeowners like us. We literally had no idea what we were doing when we looked at a house at the very beginning); he introduced us to a high-quality network of inspectors, contractors and mortgage providers; he helped negotiate the purchase price, contract terms and credits. His experience, network and negotiation skills were so valuable to us.Ben was also calm and rational, which I appreciate a lot.     I would like to express our gratitude to Ben Plouvier who represents HNB Realty Company.Ben is a very knowledgeable realtor, and a wonderful resource for investors.  We sold our property in California and he quickly helped us to find a reliable 1031 exchange company, which provided us with excellent service. Ben did a full analysis of the various areas in Houston, providing us with very valuable information including return on investment as well as rental comps and vacancy analysis. Lastly if we needed to get some work done at the property, Ben was there to help, recommending contractors, and facilitating making the property a successful rental investment as quickly and cost effectively as possible.  As a result, our cash flow has greatly increased, in no small part thanks to HNB Realty.
