I just wanna write a quick review on Hiett and Associates for giving me a chance to open up my business. Theyve been really good to my business partner and I since we first got our building. Very attentive when it comes to maintenance needed in the building. Also I wanna thank Hilda Cisneros for giving me the opportunity and helping us and being professional. Me and my sister are currently living in one of their properties and since we started the application, everything has been very smooth. Is very easy to get in contact with Hilda, she always replies to my text messages. Also the Rio Vista units are beautiful and Hiett & Associates customer service was beyond my expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had the pleasure of working with Paul, and later Jason Hiett and Evelyn for over 12 years. They are extremely professional and managed our 100 unit HOA very efficiently, helping us keep costs low and the property looking great. Evelyn is very patient with the property owners problems, and Jason is always looking for ways to solve any complex issues that might come up and is always available to the board and property owners.If you are an HOA or an apartment complex looking for a new property manager, I strongly recommend you consider Hiett & Associates.
