My family and I are new residents to this community and so far we love it it is very quiet and peaceful. As soon as we walked into the home they showed us we fell in love with it, it is a very updated home. The leasing office made the move in process very easy.

I have been a resident at Hidden Oaks For almost 2 years now and it has been a very good experience. If you haven’t seen the inside of the new updated mobile homes then please throw out all your preconceived ideas and check them out! Absolutely beautiful inside!! Definitely a HUGE upgrade from apartment living and at a very reasonable price! The property management really keeps things clean and running smoothly! They are friendly and helpful! Maintenance takes care of business and gets repairs done in a timely manner. The neighbors are friendly and family oriented! This is a great place to live I highly recommend it !

I have been living here for the past seven years without any issues.. The management and staff have responded to the things that I need in a timely fashion. The park itself is relatively quiet. There are officers that patrol around on occasion but, I don’t think they are part of the community. It’s good to see them in the area. I can recommend staying here for sure. The trailers are good and the rents reasonable. They have a rent to own program and Mrs Battles has been extremely helpful in getting all my paperwork finished now that I own my trailer!

I came to get a tour and was absolutely clueless of where even to began. All the ladies in the office were nice but Ms.Octavia really took initiative to help me out and gave me a tour. Its not often that you encounter nice genuine people. And for that I give them 5-stars!!

Very nice community and its always kept clean with a lot of friendly people living there. The front office makes sure they are helpful & the maintenance staff is great at what they do. Also a plus... its very convenient and has easy access to most freeways.
