Justin, thank you for a Saturday nite 9:00 pm emergency. The maintenance staff are ones to be proud of. He has been here before and is very professional and polite and gets here quickly. The apts , neighbors and ladies in the office make living here feel more like a home. Yes they’re old & outdated but so am I and I fit right in. Great area and the big boss needs to buy their staff lunch for managing , fixing & being decent human beings as we are running short on such morals.

I am a resident here and have been for a year now. I love the location, the manager and staff, the maintenance and the atmosphere. The rent is a little higher then I am used to but it is worth it. The apartments are old and small but very homely made. The staff and maintenance works hard to accommodate you the best they can. They even try to keep the grounds clean even though we should pick up after ourselves. There is a nice large pool with a six ft end, a fenced in dog lot so you freely let Dozer roam around, personal mailboxes and you can mail out and most everything is in walking distance. I recommend checking this place out. YOU JUST MIGHT LIKE IT!!!Amy J

Before coming to Heritage Square 6 months ago I was in a complex that had poor management and my apartment had structural damage. When I had to move, Heritage got me into a unit quickly. Any time I needed something fixed maintenance was fast and efficient. I have now renewed my lease and moved into a bigger unit. The staff is friendly, maintenance efficient, the neighborhood safe and close to everything you need. The schools are great. Could not have asked for a better location and price.

I lived here for 1 1/2 years, the area is nice and safe Walmart & HEB as well as other convenient stores are nearby. There is a nice lake park that is just a couple miles down the road. Ive had no issues with theft or stolen items. Maintenance was quick and responsive. The apartment size and price is considerably great.The only issues that Ive had was occasionally I would get carpet beetles that pop out of nowhere in my apartment, so its best to keep the apartment clean and tidy at all times. The landlord is very nice but could come off looking mean and not much very chatty but she is very nice though :), she goes by the rules, gives deadlines , warnings and is fair. I just wish she could give just a tiny bit of ease but its understandable business is business.

Weve lived here for 2.5 years, and for the price and location, you cant beat Heritage! Staff is extremely friendly. Maintenance is quick and they are friendly too! Great area for kids to grow with the schools, park with play fountain, and lots of other kids close by! Were practically near everything here; HEB, Walmart, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, and parks. All this and still a fairly quiet area!

The maintenance crew is friendly, fast and highly skilled! All nestled in a cozy spot off Chapel rd. Home is where youre appreciated, and that is exactly how youll feel here at Heritage Square!! 💗

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Sandy M.. Thank you for caring for the residents like you do. You go above and beyond for all of us. All of you do.. from the office staff to maintenance. Thank you for being so knowledgeable. A lot of people could learn from YOU. And thank you for caring about your job.. it shows by how much you take pride in the complex that you manage.
