Lori is hands down THE BEST property manager I have worked with. One of a kind. She is such a warm and genuine person. She is not all about money and is more about relationship and building trust. I have several properties across multiple states and we deal with PMs/ realtors all the time. When it comes to Lori she sets an example. Makes one so happy that good people are still around. She would care for your property as if it was hers. She is helpful, always reachable, meticulous, perfectionist, professional, caring and kind. She will always keep you well informed and communication is also her biggest plus! I found Lori through our home inspector who I will forever be grateful for. As a seasoned investor, I have had many property managers in several states. That being said, HELLO TX property management is BY FAR the best. Lori Woodworth goes the extra mile on every detail. In addition to that, Lori found my first six properties, and to this day, they are still my very best SFR investments. When you are looking for the best PM, dont you love a manager that actually answers the phone, cares about the details, is HONEST and doesnt sneakily over-charge you with repair fees, drives out to the properties to meet the tenants, takes photos of the properties, does walk throughs to take care of the property all year long so there are no big surprises once the tenants vacate? Thats LORI. My husband is also thrilled and said to me, Lori is the epitome of what our country was built upon. People that really CARE about their business and serving people and its not just about money-money-money. What a great compliment!! I cannot even say enough good about this company. Lori is a math whiz as well and is always on YOUR SIDE to make sure you have a good investment. I have been a guest on four national podcasts, and I always mention HELLO TEXAS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT as #1 in TX if you plan to invest there. As a new home renter. Lori has made everything smooth and consistently communicated with us. Anything that may needed to be fixed she’s gotten on it right away. Definitely would recommend to anyone else making the move to leasing or buying with this group.

Gordon and the team rock!! I have been using them for leasing my properties as well screening for potential tenants. The team has great knowledge of real estate, and been great support on any questions or issues I may have. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
