As a long time renter of places, Harrison-Pearson has been the best company I have rented from. When I was first moved in to my home, I needed to take the lease immediately from another tenant. They made the process as smooth as possible, transferring everything over to me. They also said I could put in the pet deposit slowly over time as there was rent and deposits coming all at once.When the house was getting sold (owners choice, not Harrison-Pearson) Cleo was amazing. Other places Ive rented from wouldnt give a heads up that they need to show the house and strangers would come in and out. As I work at night and sleep during the day, I would be furious when people barged in waking me. Cleo never let that happen. She would give 24 hours warning and would let the potential buyers know to not disturb me. She was incredibly kind to us living there and with the potential future home owners. And when we would tell Cleo about any maintenance request, she would get back with us immediately and have any problems fixed ASAP. When it came time to move out, she spoke with us, found out our plans, and made me feel like she cared about us living there more than just a tenant.

I recently had the honor of working with Sam Pitchard on a loan that was transferred to me from another lender. It was truly a pleasure! I pay attention to the details of how the real estate agent treats the buyer, and if the buyer is first in the transaction. Through out the whole process Sam was professional,.Sam allowed me to do my job as a loan officer. He never pressured the buyer; keeping them calm was his priority. Despite the challenges before us, together we helped the buyers purchase their first home. I was impressed. Thank you for trusting me Sam.

I have worked with Katey Steadman twice now, who is a realtor with Harrison-Pearson Associates. I cant say enough great things about her. She worked very hard to find the specific type of property I was looking for which wasnt easy (either time). Katey is always accommodating when finding convenient times to look at properties. Once I found the places that I wanted, she helped me through the entire process and made sure to communicate with the listing agents on my behalf. Even after moving in, she has checked in on me to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Katey and her colleagues to anyone looking for a home in Austin!

I needed a apartment near UT. Within a few weeks I was able to find a quality apartment for a great price. Their realtor are super helpful, they make you feel welcomed and show you lists of all places that would take an eternity to compile with a simple google search on your own.I’d skip google searching, going to other realtors, and go directly to them.

He has this intuition for just knowing how to read the party on the other end of a sale. He has great charisma with a balance of cutting through all the BS by being very honest with us.
