I have lived here almost 4 months, I love it here it has something for everyone , a lot of social events if your in the mood, and very quite if you want to just stay home and chill. Insulation must be great because I never hear my neighbors. This has been such a relief not having to worry about house and yard maintenance anymore.

Such a warm welcoming community! There are many outstanding amenities to enjoy and the management staff is top notch, very caring for all your needs and they have activities scheduled daily! Thank you Ramey, Kendall and Dennis for all you do.

Moved in two months ago and love the place. Staff is courteous and helpful. We moved from a large house to an apartment and I can say that I am glad to be relieved of the burden of home ownership. I don’t even have to change a lightbulb. I stay occupied with the many activities and great neighbors here or riding, walking, or fishing the huge sports center next door. A great place in a great area. I’m glad we made the move.

We attend their Family Easter Egg Hunt that was sooo much fun! Food, prizes, and lots of goodies! We really enjoyed ourselves :)

The Hamilton at Garden Valley is beginning to feel like home. Great place to live. We have so many activities to choose from or not. I love sitting on my balcony and watching the sun come up. My dog , Daisy loves it here. She is spoiled by all. Great place to walk. The pond next door has ducks that I love to watch.Come for a tour. Kendal, Ramey and Dennis will gladly give you a tour.

This is a great place to live. I love it here! Dennis is over community entertainment. He does a great job planning our events at The Hamilton at Garden Valley. 😀

My grandparents stay here but it is s very nice place! They have a salon, gym, virtual golf, pool tables, bingo and a very nice pool as well.
