Casa Verde is a lucky find vacation rental in Austin! Especially if you have a dog that can go outside a safe enclosed back space, it also has easy parking out front in the driveway and is right across from a park/ Butler trail to go for walks or a jog by the lake. The house is very clean with modern classic splash of Texan spirit in the decor which we appreciated. Its just outside the bustle of the city so it was very quiet for sleep, yet so many quaint restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. A H.E.B grocery store is only 5 mins away by car. The bed was super comfy and there were lots of drawers and a closet to put out things in a really big bedroom. Handy to have a washer and dryer too! Lots of sunshine spilled in for morning coffees from the windows and skylight. It has a full size kitchen opening to the living space, which makes a cozy villa feel bigger somehow. I Loved the walk out doors to the back space from the bedroom as well as from living room. Renting was super easy, with the host available any time we had questions. We would definitely rent Casa Verde again.

Great location, we went for a walk to the museum and the park. And few minutes from downtown. The house is very comfortable and we loved the decor. They have a Tesla (fast charger). We will definitely go back!

We loved our stay at Guest Haus. The place was located in a central and convent location of Austin. The place was clean and spacious with all the things you need. The loft with exercise equipment was a nice surprise. My kids and I got to exercise during our stay with yoga mat and light weights. I did not the Airbnb would accommodate shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent so we brought our own. But that was also a nice extra accommodation we did not expect. Everything was great. The only downfall was someone parked in our reserved lot one afternoon. Fortunately, they were gone by evening. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location to the campus. Easy walk to DKR stadium. Home was tidy and clean. Host was pleasant and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again if in town for another game.

This apartment was in a perfect location for walking to the capital, the Texas State Cemetery, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and the Lady Bird park/boardwalk. In addition, there are numerous electric bike stands near the apartment and well-marked bike lanes on the streets. My son and I easily rode them down town and over to the University. Great fun! My daughter and I chose this apartment since it was in the same apartment building as my sons who we were visiting for Christmas. The apartment was well-equipped (we cooked multiple meals there), had two wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, a giant TV and comfortable seating, a beautiful view of the capital dome, and a great upstairs loft decked out with two work stations having extra monitors and a great wifi connectivity and some exercise equipment. The Quickie Pickie next door to the complex was convenient for buying some groceries, and they also had a great and delicious little coffee, taco, and sandwich counter. The delicious and famous Paperboy restaurant was across the street and on another corner was the recently opened Loudmouth Pizza restaurant in a historically restored, beautiful building (delicious!). Grannys Tacos (also superb!) is around the corner and Figure 8 coffee is several blocks away (easy walking distance). The Texas Music Museum is on the way to the capital, again close to this apartment. When I visit my son again, I hope to be able to stay in this perfect apartment! The host was wonderfully responsive and immediately answered all questions we had before and during our stay. We really appreciated the chance to stay in this great apartment.

Very accommodating host. Location was great and close to lots of sites. The house is older so that is something to be aware of - not a lot of outlets in bathrooms or counter space but we were able to make everything work for our needs. We had a great time in Austin!

I was very impressed with Guest Haus professionalism during my stay at one of their homes in Austin. They were quick to respond to any messages. The property was immaculate and Guest Haus service was 5 star! They even offered to bring trash bags. Im a host for many many years and I currently work with a property management company for one of my homes. My five-star recommendation comes with many years of experience. I appreciate it. Everything and I will be back.

The property itself was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. So many unforgettable memories were created!The vibe of the place was just right, and they had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. My son especially loved it! Their customer service is top-notch—respectful and always available to help. It truly was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing. Super clean, beautiful interior and decorations. So many amenities! Private pool, grill, and fire pit. If you want a luxurious, but peaceful stay in North Austin, this is your place!

I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend away to celebrate his 50th birthday. Unfortunately, we both had colds and was unable to do any real site seeing. The place was perfect to just hang out and sleep in. Very quiet and peaceful. I really loved the outside to just sit and listen to the birds in the morning. Thank you well be back!

We came to Austin for a family gathering and to enjoy the eclipse. The Guest Haus accommodated us very nicely. The house is well equipped and what we didnt have, Jeremy quickly provided. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool and jacuzzi were spacious and enjoyable. I would definitely stay again, in fact, we already checked a date when we wanted to come back but it was already booked. You wont be disappointed with the Guest Haus!

We had a wonderful stay..by far my favorite AirBnB we’ve stayed at. The host has really thought of everything. It’s in a very safe location with easy access to the hwy. the grocery store is very close by as well. The house is fully stocked and I only had to buy food. Lots of towels, seasonings, and household appliances. The bathroom has everything you need as well. My only complaint is the shower in the master bath could use a different shower head. It’s a very narrow shower head…but that’s very minimal….and the pool was very cold and we couldn’t swim but maybe that’s normal for this time of year. I would’ve thought there would be a pool heater. The house was so wonderful and so many great things to do around Austin that it wasn’t a big deal.

Such a beautiful home, far enough away from Austin to provide an “at home” comfortable feel, but close enough to Austin to make it an easy trip to the city.The home was so clean, and provided games, and everything you could need to cook with in the kitchen.It has a wonderful pool with a beautiful view in the background of just open land, and privacy with no neighbors behind them.I will absolutely book this home again in the future for trips to Austin.

Place was amazing! The interior design of the place was one of the best ones I’ve seen! The record player room was my favorite! It felt so homey and comfortable in there, I felt like I could stay there for hours! When I visit Austin again I’m definitely staying here again!

We really enjoyed this house, the Jacuzzi is huge and the spaces are very well distributed, it was perfect for two families each in a small house, the beds and sofas are very comfortable, it still smells new and is very well equipped. The neighborhood is not very nice but we are very close to restaurants
