Lauren has been able to work side by side with not only the board but also with our community owners/families.We have been fortunateenough to not only have oversight but also opportunities for education and growth. Guardian Management has taken great care of our development for about five years. We are a smaller community, but we are well cared for and definitely not an after thought. David Garrett (Guardians president) makes himself available to us and hes very responsive (and proactive) when dealing with issues, requests, etc. David has identified and hired numerous contractors to service and beautify our grounds, and he is frequently on site to ensure all looks good and everything is working as intended. I highly recommend Guardian Management!!

I have recently moved into a new neighborhood that is managed by Guardian Association. We wanted to build a higher fence, adding a Pergola and Sunroom in our backyard and remodeling the landscaping. I got in touch with Lauren McGee the Association Manager, she walked me thru the permit application process painlessly! She was very responsive and attentive to my requests and questions! Highly recommended!!

From day one, I have been impressed by her enthusiasm, commitment to the well-being of own owners, her prompt responses to communication, and her ability to provide problem-solving solutions. I have been involved with HOA’s in the greater North Dallas area since 1982 and I personally find David Garrett and his company (Guardian Association Management) to be one of the most knowledgeable property management individuals and his company to be one of the most professional property management companies that I have met or have had the opportunity to work with.The Amberwood Farms Board of Directors has found David to be the quintessential professional. His professional background includes General Construction Management, Custom Home Building, large Project Development and Management, and years of experience in senior executive management positions with one of the largest Homeowner Association Management Companies in the US.
