I was directed to this agency by the Dave Ramsey site and the agent referred for me is Abbey Nesmith, who immediately reached out to me. My experience was fabulous from start to finish. She is not only knowledgeable, but personable and genuine in her effort to obtain quotes for home and auto insurance at a SIGNIFICANTLY better rate than I was paying. Let me just start by saying Brooke Vaughan was PHENOMENAL!! In light of several rate increases by State Farm Auto Insurance over the past several years, basically tripling our initial premiums without a real explanation, we started the process of shopping around for rate comparison. We started simply reviewing quotes online but with a lack of a true understanding on how auto insurance works we felt the need to utilize an agent. We came across Grimes Insurance Agency and reached out to speak with a personal line agent for the best advice possible. We were connected to Brooke, where she collected basic information and started the process of gathering quotes from different insurance carriers. After she secured these quotes she presented them to us and broke everything down in detail for us to understand. Brooke provided exceptional service for my wife and me. This process was very seamless, honestly Brooke did most of the work. The quotes she discussed with us were significantly less than our rate at State Farm. I took the information she provided me and spoke with State Farm once again to see what could be done, ultimately they could not get our premiums down. With this being said it was in our best interest to let Grimes Insurance Agency handle my auto insurance needs. I highly recommend, at the very least, talking with Grimes Insurance Agency if you’re in the market for insurance.

I gotta say, having an agency do the legwork for you makes all the difference in home ownership and insurance needs. I bought a house with solar paneling and discovered the hard way not a lot of companies want to cover solar panels. If I had to search the industry on my own, I think I would’ve ended up on a ladder ripping the paneling off myself. Being able to put my trust in the Grimes Insurance team and knowing they’d find the best deal for me allowed me to keep my sanity and my solar panels.
