Im a resident at La Estancia, since Greenline took over they made us feel like we can have a luxury lifestyle with affordable prices! Ive been here for a little over 10 years and the management has done nothing but amazing things to our community and the staff is very helpful !

Im super happy in this apartment complex, the maintenance team is fantastic and they always keep the property clean,Angel the Maintenance supervisor is always willing to help and does a terrific job.

I recently moved into the Pasadena Location 3823 Red Bluff. Received a threat Notice to be LOCKED OUT for $17.44 but never provided me any explanation what the charges are for. Left a money order for 20.00 Asked if my balance was paid in full Told by Leasing yes no balance owed. Now when checked website see $61.77 owed Ive emailed them on 12/14 and yet not responded or told anything to what this is For. Called office emergency due to gas leak and still no one come by Turned off key on back of stove to avoid fumes and carbon monoxide. I dont understand why irresponsible management employees are not wiling to work with your tenants and provide information of charges but yet Threaten to Lock us out without reason. So therefore making it Public to others before becoming a New tenants to be Aware of Be ready of suspicious charges added ON. Not wanting to even provide a star but had to! I am really hoping to get District manager to contact me or Corporate since cant get a STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM OFFICE AT RED PINES APT
