My experience with Green Light Property Management is extremely positive. I have lived at one of the properties for a few years. The location is quiet and well maintained. The communication and interaction that I have with the Property Managers, and the office personnel is professional and pleasant. Someone is always available when the need does arise. I also want to mention that the maintenance technicians are timely, polite and respectful of the properties. I highly recommend Green Light Property Management.

We had a new dishwasher installed by Home Depot and it was too small for the available space in the kitchen so we submitted a maintenance ticket for it to be properly secured and installed and fastened. We were actually not at home when the work was done and just saw the work and it was great -- a new board wad added and it was painted to match the rest of the kitchen. Really impressed that all was done quietly and thought of proactively without us there to ask for it or offer input. Thanks!

I would like to give a 5 star to Johanna Garcia on the maintenance team. I have rented this home for 5 years and she has been the lead maintenence technician on the majority of any concerns. Most recently the main hot water line burst due to age. They had to replace 30 feet of line. Both her and the guy helping were focused on the job and got it done in a few hours. She is always very pleasant, polite and professional. I would say I wish on call staff would take tips. They get a 2 star. They dont listen and dont report jobs correctly. Johanna makes the situation much easier to deal with. Thank you Johanna for always doing your best!

As a recent long-term tenant (move was out of the area and unrelated to my experience as a tenant), I would recommend Green Light from both the tenant and owner perspective.Tenants often feel like a property management company only cares about the property and owner interests; however Fritzie, Mark, and the maintenance team that I interacted with treated me like a true customer. They were responsive to my maintenance requests via a portal, text, phone, and email. They took into consideration unique circumstances and treated me fairly. When a hiccup with an automated payment notification occurred, the issue was acknowledged and handled appropriately.During my tenancy, the owner switched from another management company to Green Light, and the change appeared to happen quite seamlessly. At the time I had an unresolved maintenance request that was immediately addressed by Green Light, and payment arrangements were properly transferred and set up. I have been a tenant with Green Light since 2015. As a life long renter, I can honestly say that Green Light is simply the best management company I have ever had.If a maintenance issue comes up, they respond within at least 24hrs - often sooner. If it is a emergency (like my AC) I hear back from the maintenance staff within 2 hrs max. And someone will be onsite at my home usually within a day at the most. When my AC went down, a contractor was here an hour after my call.The management staff are professional, reasonable, caring and responsive. I worked with this property manager for 2 years. The home was almost 4k square feet with a lot special needs and expensive features. With that said the move in and move out was smooth and any maintenance request was handled quickly. For example, I had an emergency water leak it was handled promptly and I was refunded of all charges as they moved on to fix the problem. Needless to say I had to interact a lot because of maintenance issues and they were never rude or impatient. Even though rental management company is not your choice when renting I would know what to expect if they were the management company of another home I chose. I would like to believe we worked together to take care of the property. Great team work! I would gladly work with team green light if given the opportunity.

In the last couple of years everything has been computerized…Everything and Everyone - “everywhere “ wants you to go online for communication- but… there is that generation gaps of people that still like to do it the old way…. Like “ME”- by phone…and that is where. Christy comes in.I am so thankful for Christy …there have been times where I have had to call the office - to ask a question or in pure panic- the refrigerator is leaking or the air condition is not cooling the house and etc…So when those issues arises she reassures me that it things will be fixed…and it is either fixed that day or within 24 hours. One time my stove stopped working -next day I was cooking on my new stove.I live in a older house so I understand that issues will come up and items will need to be replacedTheir maintenance staff that comes out does a great job at getting things fixed in a timely manner as well. They communicate with me and let me knows what they are doing to resolve the issue…I am blessed to be in a lovely location in the historical part of downtown Irving Texas…and it’s close to what I need - grocery store, activity center and doctors offices…all within walking distance…And I thank everyone at Green Light Property Management on their part to make it possible for me to live in my home!!!As always,Maria Martinez
