I have lived at Sagewood apartments for over 10 years. It’s definitely home. And just like a house things break but it’s so nice to call the office and have the maintenance team respond so quickly. They have so many units but they manage to always make it happen. My hats off to Sagewood Maintenance you guys are the best -

I have lives here at waterside village apartments for two years I have never had any problems since i lived here. Maintance has been on point when ever I have a problem. And the management in the front office takes real good care of everybody and makes sure that everything gets done on time. I recommend this company to anybody that is looking for a home. -

What is heaven on earth ? Everyone’s answer would be different except for those living at Grassano properties. We believe we found a little piece of heaven right here at oakridge apts . From a state of the art gym to a dip in the luxury pool that makes you feel as if you sun bathing on the islands of Fiji . They go above and beyond all covid guidelines to keep us all safe . The management team feels more like a second family that you picked not born into . They work close with you to make sure all problems are addressed in a timely manner . The maintenance crew works fast and responds to all request within 24 hrs. No matter how big or small your maintenance request is . Very pet friendly as well meow/woof !!’ Choose Grassano properties as your next home and you’ll never regret it ! -

I was recently in Lubbock looking at Sagewood and I was amazed at how nice these apartments are and how well kept the grounds are. The office staff was most helpful and made me feel at ease moving my daughter there. Thank you all so much for everything! 5 Star Staff for sure!! -

I have been living at Southview Village almost 2 years now and love it! Everyone is nice. The managers and maintenance keep things updated. If I need something they are on it quickly even on the weekends! I have no complaints. Yall rock 😁 -

I have loved living in this community! If I ever have an issue they are very prompt and on it. Neighbors are great and it’s a quiet complex. The staff in the office are kind and helpful. -
