Paul and Helen are the perfect team. After exploring many options (and previously renting through a top hotel flag for half a dozen years), we have been delighted with the combination of Paul, Helen, and Grand Welcome. In the year we have been working with them, in addition to delivering a great experience for us and our guests, they have helped us improve the property and its marketing, increase revenues, earn great guest reviews, and execute more intelligent pricing.So many full-service rental managers seem to want to do things the old way. Paul and Helen have been willing to put in the effort this year to do things smarter, with benefits for everyone, including our guests. -
