The latest software they use has been a game-changer for us, making it easy to keep track of everything. Plus, they are always available via text to answer any questions.For example, when it came to winterizing the home, we thought, Oh no, we need to check with the tenants!     Good neighbor helped me procure and now manages my multi-family unit and does so with a lot of attention and detail. I live out of state so expected a fully hands-off experience and Dhruv and his team have done a great job of handling all the tenant leases/renewals, repairs and any other communication/escalations that needs to happen.Everytime Ive had questions their team has been diligent in following-up on those items. Their new owner portal is also convenient to stay updated on monthly income/expenses across all tenants.     The team has handled all of our issues/requests we’ve had after moving in, and the neighborhood is well kept. Gave 4 stars because most of our issues were things that should’ve been addressed prior to moving in. That being said, everything has been attended to in a timely manner, shortly after requested. They’re responsive, polite, and get the job done.

    I had an excellent experience, renting my condominium with good neighbor management! They were very thorough and easy to get a hold of. I had a previous company managing my Property, who were very inattentive and that was the main reason that I left them. It is extremely frustrating trying to get a hold of someone and getting promises of call back and never happening. Good neighbor management is nothing like that. If I send them a message. They will call back in a short period or text me with a time that we can meet and discuss any questions or issues.

    Good Neighbor Property Management has been a life saver. When PCS OCONUS, I had a homeowner’s worst nightmare tenant when I tried to rent our house on my own. After interviewing over 8 Property management companies, I chose Good Neighbors because they were always very straightforward on what to expect from them as property managers. I decided to use them as my property management in the beginning of my legal proceedings to evicted my tenant. They followed up every 2-4 weeks just to check up during the 5 month eviction process. 6 months later after our first communication - we were able to move forward with the landlord/property management co. relationship. They communicate in detail, answered all the questions I had - plus provide additional information. They are very honest, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, straightforward and down to earth small company. Good Neighbors have provided me a peace of mind as we live in a different country and taking care of my home. I highly recommend them, it is very hard to come by property managers that treats your rental as their own home. I will never thank Good Neighbors property management enough for their patience with me on getting my previous tenant out and ensuring my rental is well care for and managed afterwards. Thank you so much!!

    TL:DR: so far, so good. Quick to resolve any issues. Communication is good.This company has been my property manager for almost 3 months. They are very responsive. Everything is digital through the management portal so payment is very simple, and all communication is via text. I haven’t had to request any repairs, so I’m still unsure about how they handle those things, and with how they respond to anything so far, I imagine it would be great, but will update my review if that happens.A few hiccups worth mentioning:Move-in was a little frustrating. I started my lease a month earlier for them, and so drove 3 and a half hours to get keys and take over the property on move-in day, and the door code they gave me was wrong. As I mentioned above though, they are extremely reachable and quick to respond, so it was resolved, and I was able to get in after about an hour, so it does show that they are there to help!Edit to say Just FYI: There was an unexpected difference between their credit pulling agency than my monitoring sites of transition, equifax, and ficoscore 8. I have monitoring through those agencies, and the credit score the management company said I had was significantly lower than those three credit reporting agencies (50 points!), so I had to pay a significantly higher deposit, which was frustrating, but what do you do.The company was very understanding, and explained why this could happen, even providing the credit report they got for me, but it still didn’t make much sense to me (do credit scores ever make sense?) this wasn’t a fault of the company, just wanted reviewers to be aware when going through the applying!
