    I had a great experience! I had to call for clarification on several issues (not their fault, issues with a roommate and then issues with a part needed for repair having to be custom made) and each time I called them I got a prompt answer. I had to put in a work order on a Saturday afternoon at one point; by Sunday morning they had sent the work order to a contractor. Friendly people at the office, too.

    From the moment we were tenants on another property to owning our own property, to selling our property, we have had nothing short of a great experience with Gold Medal Property Management. The customer service is above and beyond what we expected. Everything was explained thoroughly, and if we ever had any questions, we received an answer.     Great company both while we were renting and after we left! Work orders were processed in a timely manner. Move-out process was very smooth. We got a prorated refund for the rest of the month after moving out early. They kept the security deposit and charged some extra since we damaged the fridge, charged a bit for “light cleaning” and “maintenance fee”. Otherwise, no issues.Cheyenne and Susan were great help! We would definitely work with GM again.

    I rented from this place and it was great! My maintenance needs were always met. I had the best neighbors. There was an incident with some miscommunication over the phone but it got handled very quickly. Will rent again!

We have nothing but incredible things to say about the company over the last 4 years working with them. Luke Farmer went above and beyond throughout the closing process to make sure everything was handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. This was our first time selling a home, and he helped us out every step of the way. We couldn’t be more grateful for all of the time, energy and hard work they put in.     From the time I moved to Killeen and decided to rent through GM last year, they have been nothing more than kind, courteous, and understanding. They made the moving process quick and easy. I was pregnant when I moved here so they did the best they could with having my place ready to move in before my delivery date in which everything was nice and new from top to bottom. Megan at the time was awesome. Everyone has been over the top awesome. They even worked with me when I was having a hard time with finances after giving birth. I really appreciate their patience. The only issue I have is no extermination. I have had a mice run over my hand out of my kitchen drawer and a few roaches here and there. When I called to address it as printed in my lease to do, I was told I have to pay for it out of pocket. That was an issue and this is the very first time Ive been told as long as I lived on my own that I have to pay for extermination, something I think should be provided in an apartment complex. Overall everyone has been nothing more than awesome. Thank you GM for having me as a tenant.

    Gold Medal Property Management and their staff are superb, they are really about taking care of their property and customer. They are very attentive in providing the best support. The apartment that I received from them was very CLEAN upon my walk through and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Any issues or problems that I have had while renting my place have been resolved very quickly, efficiently, and without any hassle from the staff or any disruption to my family. Keith and his staff truly know how to take care of their customer.

    Cannot recommend them more. Probably the most ethical management company in town. Easy to work with and military friendly. Between a very quick PCS and deployment, I was able to hand over my home to them fast, and they took good care of it. The tenants that lived in my house were happy with them too. No hidden fees (my experience with most management companies that offer attractive prices up front) and no strings attached.

    I have nothing but great things to say about Gold medal property. They are always polite. Any issues I’ve had (mostly minor) they fixed within a timely manner. Even the big issue like my AC going out during the heat of the summer (2022) they still came out and fixed it in a timely manner! If your looking to rent/buy this is the place to go!!!! ❤️

    I dont know they give this gold medal realty , a bad name , l find no fault in them. Been a tenant with them , no problems, if you place work order, they excellent. They keep grass cut & all anything needs fixing they on it..The office workers are very polite, all my a one person , had difficulty with. Area they managers are very clean, not rundown, l recommend to any and all..great work gold medal realty.     My 4 boys and I just moved here from WI over 2 months ago for work. During this time i have been looking constantly for a place that fits my families needs. My sister in law lives in a specific neighborhood that i liked and my children will be able to attend the same school. I spoke to Gold Medals and asked about properties in that neighborhood and sure enough there were several. From start to getting my keys, Gold Medal has been very caring, kind and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new place.

    So far I would say my experience with the company isn’t so bad. I am actually quite pleased with the different ways of being able to communicate with the company and how informative they are. Maintenance tickets are handled right away, not so much for the vendors though. Although when the vendors do come to fix it, they do a great job. There are some things that would put most people off, bc they are very little things but hey nothing too major at all. I love the fact that I could look at the place prior hand and at my convenience, that’s a major plus. So far I have several people I know that are coming back stateside and have told them about the company. I honestly haven’t had any issues.

    Best in Killeen! Owners Keith and Janet are the best property managers in the city. Very easy to work with, incredibly helpful. I cant say enough about how hard they work for their owners and tenants alike. I am active duty military stationed out of state, and I love the owner/ tenant portal they have created. It allows complete transparency for all parties involved. Incredible company!

    When we needed to rent a home over the Christmas Holidays Chris and the staff of Gold Medal came through for us. From driving to the property and allowing us to do a video walk through, to getting the lease to us in Dallas it was the best rental experience we have ever gone through. The house was exactly as described so if you need to move call Chris and the staff of Gold Medal first, you wont need to call anyone else.When I have needed service they have always scheduled appointments within a few hours and service call within a day or so.

    Everyone has been very kind and professional with all of our requests. I never feel like I am a bother when asking questions or making requests. They are quick to respond and handle any issues you throw at them with care and patience.They go over everything in the leasing process and are very clear about what they expect from tenants, but also what you can expect from them in return. Im kind of baffled by some of these bad reviews on here because I havent run into anything like what some have said they have experienced. If youre looking to find a place, I recommend checking them out and wish you luck in your search!

    These guys were so much better than our last rental managers in Killeen! They worked with me via email/fax to look at a few properties before I moved down to tx. They were very up front about all the fees, rent, inspections and move out procedures before signing our lease. We had a few maintenance issues that they sent someone out to look at and fix in a timely manner. The office ladies are so nice and friendly! The only negative and advice I have is document everything on your initial walk through! They will nickel and dime you at your move out inspection even though it was like that upon moving in if you didnt claim it when you move in! Great people and Great company in Killeen!

    I just found out that GMP has taken over my building as the new property managers. So I went to pay my rent and introduce myself. I went to the main office to do so. As you walk in the office feels very comfortable and relaxed. The ladys that work out in the front are all very nice and welcoming. They explained everything very easy and understandable.
