Ive been debating for days what to say in this review. I knew I wanted to say something, but every time I say down I felt lost for words.This place just feels like home. Cody will go above and beyond to help make the process as easy as possible for you. She is so kind and committed to her work, we love you Cody!!The neighbors here are unbelievably friendly and lovely. Despite being right off of Williams, its very quite and peaceful. The homes are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Maintenance is very responsible and flexible with your schedule.Oh, and if you have pets, this place is a must. I have never seen my dogs this happy. I was surprised to find that even our neighbors dog is so friendly, lol!!!Also the websites pictures dont do justice to just how huge the units are.I dont know. I just feel happier since I moved here. Its the strangest thing but if youre feeling overwhelmed by your options or maybe feel a little lost... Come to Georgetown Heights. Weve lived here since July of 2024, and overall we have had a very positive experience here. I wanted to write this review to give a specific shoutout to Cody, who has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have had a great experience here. She calls us back super quickly, is great with communication, personally invites us to community events, and has solved any questions or concerns weve had.Our home is so nice. Im usually not a fan of new builds whatsoever & was hesitant to even come tour, but from the moment we stepped foot in the house I fell in love. Its incredibly thoughtfully designed and makes so much sense for our family. Third floor laundry so we dont have to take laundry baskets up & down stairs, the crown molding lighting is so nice, etc. Well maintained property outside with regular pest treatment & lawn care. Overall just very thoughtfully designed and maintained.Our neighbors are also incredibly kind & friendly people, which obviously the company cant control but is just a really nice benefit- I enjoy having cool neighbors :)When we first moved to Georgetown I wish we would have lived here first, as its just been a great experience overall. 5/5. And again, a very special thank you to Cody for being so awesome!

Cody has been excellent to deal with here. Handles all my questions & concerns promptly. Wonderful neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Highly recommend. We love our home 💜

My first time renting on my own, and I couldn’t have gone with a better company. Any questions I have are always answered and truly happy with my home. Especially being a first single mom. The area is perfect for me and my kids. Incredibly thankful.

This will be my second year here. Nice place to live. Great location. The grounds are kept.The application process was quick and easy. When I had problems with the front door maintenance took care of it right away. They will return your call within a reasonable time. Overall Im please! My only concern is the backup rain in the backyard which is rather large.

We love our neighborhood!! It’s always kept together nicely without us having to carve out time to take care of it ourselves. Everyone is nice and it’s in a good area!
