Morgan is awesome she let me see multiple studios multiple times she has been super helpful and patient with me and all the studios are super awesome. Ive had friends live in futura before and its super cool if you like the industrial vibe

I moved into a unit here sight unseen towards the end of the crazy covid days, Daniel gave me his word that this was a great unit and man was he right! The building is safe, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. Laura in the office is truly amazing!!! She handles any and all of my problems/questions in a very timely manner, she has an answer for everything, along side a wonderful sense of humor. I always walk out of the office with a smile.. Parking is always easy and convenient. Maintenance is top notch, I feel like there is always someone walking around keeping the grounds tidy and clean.also there is a QR code by the mail area you can scan and get deals on local restaurants, bars, and other things to do in the area. so you dont often have to look far for things to do.Come look at a few units here before signing the dotted line at the other cookie cutter apartment complexes in the area.

I’ve been living in Deep Ellum lofts for close to two years. Futura lofts offers luxurious living at affordable cost as well as on-call maintenance. The amenities such as Fitness center, pool, outdoor cooking area, and rooftop are always clean and practically empty. Every resident has their own code to get into the building/ pool area, and a key fob which gives a sense of extra safety. Grocery stores are nearby,restaurants and shops are walking distances. Parking is gated and free for the Futura building. The loft it’s self spacious and open. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The only negative review for me would be the key fob is not always responsive right away.

I’ve been here three months now and it seems like the property mangers care. I’ve submitted two maintenance requests - one for my dish washer and another for them to change my AC filter. Both were finished in a timely manner. They just installed security cameras near the entrance so they’re seemingly taking the residents’ concerns seriously. The leasing staff is very friendly. Shout out to Daniel and Jackie at the leasing office and Eddy and Patrick the maintenance men. They’re all super friendly. I also received a $400 move in bonus! So far I’m digging it.

I have lived here for about 3 years now and can say I absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and the maintenance people are always there the next day and seem to fix any issue that I have had. They have cleaning staff that keep the place clean with the exception of the outside of the property after the weekends.I would legit buy a loft if that was possible, but Im going to live here as long as I can afford it.The Pros- Great location for a younger crowd- Wonderful view from the roof- Awesome pool for you and your friends to enjoy- Amazing staff that seem to genuinely care- Clean hallways and elevator- Washer and dryer hook ups- fast maintenance requests- Absolutely beautiful spaces- Lots of street festivals and live music. Family friendly things to do during the daytime on weekends.The Cons- Lots of riffraff in Deep Ellum on the weekends and nights. Its Party central on the weekends and more often than not, brings in crime.- Lots of homeless people who sometimes sleep and urinate on the front entrances- Extremely high energy bills in the summer and winter months. Were talking $350 for a 600sqf apt even when you run the AC at 80 in the summer. The Windows are as old at the building.- Rent is raised 100-200 Each yearAll in all, I would highly recommend living here. If the hustle and bustle of Deep Ellum doesnt bother you, its a great place to live.

Absolutely love these lofts. Beautiful views, huge windows, and lots of space. Management is great as well. Laura and Natalie took care of all questions and concerns in a timely manner. Definitely recommend these lofts to anyone looking to stay in Deep Ellum or close to downtown. Gyms, grocery stores, highways, and other attractions were less than 10 minutes away.
