Carina was very helpful from the first phone call I made to the management company all the way through the process of answering questions and helping get my home ready for viewing/rental/finding a great tenant. I interviewed multiple companies and Full Spectrum was the most communicative, helpful, and reliable. Carina was thorough in finding the right tenant, and the company has a reasonable price for their services. I am happy with them and the tenants they found for my home. Strongly recommend!

This property was amazing! We are repeat customers. This company has saved us so much time when it comes to booking a meeting room. They make it so easy. Just a few clicks and boom you are done. Full Spectrum does an excellent job of putting potential tenants through a thorough background check in order to get the best applicant. I’m always contacted and given my options so I can choose the best option for me. If there are any issues I’m contacted immediately in order to resolve the problem. The move out policy gives me plenty of time to decide on whether I’d like to proceed with a different tenant or choose another option moving forward.

This was a fantastic home on Lake LBJ full of surprising amenities - kitchen Wow! Dock w/ fantastic sunset view over the lake watching the boater traffic! We really enjoyed the float off the boat dock, lower patio and upper deck at night. The many rooms and full suite downstairs was perfect for our large group. There were beds to spare, and all were comfortable and well appointed. Your house made our Lake LBJ and Spider Mountain weekend fantastic. Location was perfect. I would change a thing, but do recommend a couple chairs on the upper balcony to enjoy the outdoors in the morning close to the kitchen. Would love to visit again, and maybe do some boating! Loved it!!

We had a great weekend at the house on the Colorado river! house is big and luxurious. the view and especially the large deck over the water was fantastic for our gathering. Even though we had a full house everyone had privacy. cooked some awesome steaks on the great grill downstairs! Would love to stay again!-Mike

We really enjoyed staying in this lake house. I love that the kitchen is very well equipped. The view to the lake is breathtaking. My favorite part was the easy access to get in the lake and watching the stars at night from the upper deck. One more thing, the host was amazing!!
