Polite, professional, proficient.Working with the Gov always has its delays, but these people are on the ball everywhere big bro allows. Maintenance, has always been great, grounds has always looked better then my yards, playgrounds are well kept, dog poop pales are changed out regularly and new bags stocked.

Lived on post for about a year. Priscilla was always quick to our questions and polite. Maintenance was quick to address issues and concerns. The houses are a bit dated, but that is the fault of JBSAs historic housing rules. Any complaints I would have has nothing to do with the Hunt team here.

I applied asap upon receiving orders and was given the 3-6 month wait list notification. I stopped by while in processing and was housed within 2 weeks while on ptdy. They are definitely understaffed but extremely accommodating and professional on taking care of soldiers and their families in the on post housing process.

When we first came to live on Fort Sam Houston, we were a little skeptical about the housing, especially since the age of the houses is quite advanced. We moved in anyway, because who can deny the convenience of living on base. After moving in, we discovered that the house had a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. Many people will remember Olga standing up in a town hall and pointing out many of these issues. We have to say that the maintenance personnel, together with the housing personnel, have bent over backwards to make sure our house is taken care of. We are very particular about how we keep our house, and can be very picky about the smallest details. The maintenance folks wait on us, patiently and kindly taking notes, as we point them out, and have risen to the challenge of making sure our home is elevated to our standard of living. They have bent over backwards to the point of doing several back flips!We want to give special thanks to Gary for inspiring and keeping a high standard of work from his crew and contractors. He was very considerate, and was never too busy to talk with us in person. Twice, we went to the housing office to bring up issues, and he came to the office immediately to talk to us, almost as if it was his hidden super power. Every tiny detail pointed out to him was taken care of. He very patiently and painstakingly annotated everything that needed correction, showing respect toward our overzealous nature in order to minimize our stress. Gary even made sure the HVAC was fixed during Thanksgiving week.Victor, was our first impression of the maintenance personnel, responding kindly and efficiently to our anxiety and frustration in order to solve the house issues permanently (band aids not used). He assured us that the problems would be addressed meticulously, and he made good on his promises.We have had a contractor, JJ, who came immediately to address the peeling paint (interior and exterior), ceiling and wall damage, etc. He does not hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly, and to a high standard. We are very impressed with his outstanding attitude and attention to detail. He and his crew were very respectful with our home and personal belongings. They ensure everything is covered, and they leave no mess or trace that they were there other than the improvements made. They can be counted on to make and keep their appointments and finish the job expeditiously while executing their work beautifully and efficiently. We are extremely pleased with their service.Bonnie, Christine, Sharonda, and all the ladies at the housing office have also been excellent contacts whenever we need information, maintenance, pest control, or alternate housing accommodations while our HVAC was being replaced.We couldn’t be more thankful for the entire team and the culmination of service they have given and continue to offer to us and our family.Phillip and Olga Ogden

Hunt management is on point regarding maintenance. Enjoyed staying patch road. Nicely renovated house is always nice! Would love to go for on post housing again if I ever come back to fort sam!

Been living here for about a year and I would say my stay has been better than expected. Staff constantly updates us on community issues/events and neighbors look out for each other here. Maintenance takes care of our problems quickly via online orders and the school system right down the street is a plus. Lawn service could be better.

We had some plumbing and infrastructure issue with our home, all of the issues are completely understandable given the age of our quarters. LMH resolved all of our issues promptly, Bonnie and her team went above and beyond to ensure that we where taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks for your effort Bonnie, you did a great job!!!!
