Great place to stay! Very minimalist design and the amenities are spot on. Outdoor showers, pool and the open floor layout made it feel like a private resort.The team is really amazing and they kept a wine bottle and some snacks as a welcome gift which was very unexpected but nice. Also very communicative and helpful (allowed us early check in).Some additional privacy features would have made it amazing (no curtains in full glass windows/ doors). Also, the internet speed could have been better.

Had an awesome time at the BlueSky Resort last weekend! Faculty is close to Fredericksburg, but float enough out to see amazing stars and enjoy some peace and quiet. Super clean and great location. We will be back with friends and family soon.

The best stay we’ve ever had! From the house, to the appliances, to the bedding. Everything was top luxury quality and comfort! Super fast communication with the management team when we had a question about something. I just wish they owned more properties so every time we traveled we could stay with French Cowboys Management!

Excellent stay here! Great location, very easy to walk everywhere. Hosts are very responsive and flexible. We stayed in an upper loft unit. Very clean. Kitchen was nice. Bed was very comfy.

The Juniper Ridge retreat was perfect for our large family group. The property offered many amenities that kept everyone busy for the stay. We loved the sand volleyball court and pickle ball court. We spent a lot of time at the pool house socializing, eating, watching football and sitting by the fire. The pool is amazing and we would love to come back in the summer months when it is warmer and could swim in the pool. Too chilly to swim in lateDecember but we spent plenty of time enjoying the hot tub. The location is great with access to wineries and Distilleries within minutes and a short drive to the nearby HEB in Dripping Springs. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. They checked in each day and helped us address a couple of minor issues that we had. We highly recommend a stay at Juniper Ridge.

We stayed at the house for parents weekend and it was a great location. The bathrooms were huge. My daughter brought her laundry and we were super lucky they had a great washing machine. The house was clean with plenty of linens. Beds were comfortable and the Master closet is the size of another bedroom. The living room couch was super soft and comfortable. We did not use the Cowboy pool but it was cute. Parking was easy and we were able to always find street parking and there was space for three cars in the driveway. I would absolutely stay here again.

Blacksmith Quarters was wonderful for our group of 22 this weekend. We loved having the access to the gathering room and kitchen. The 8 cottages and the 3 rooms in the main house were perfect for our large group. Would definitely recommend for your next visit to Fredericksburg. Close to so much and can walk everywhere.

Great location, and no need for using a car while in town; nice parking area; cottage was awesome, large, great bathroom. suggest changing out your pillows though...the king bed was great, but it had standard size pillows that had seen better days. get 4 nice king size pillows for those beds :)

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the location on Main street. Loved the ambiance of the waterfall, it was very lovely and serene. The Ella was adorable, including the relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was spectacular and the views were fantastic. The active wild life was very exciting to see. We saw several groups of white tail deer and one large group of axis deer. One night there were two dozen white tail deer camped out in the front yard over night. Turkeys were greeting us every morning and lots of birds and butterflies. The views from inside the house were great and the house was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We built a couple of fires out on the patio and caught up with friendly conversation. The location was close to town in a convenient location. We will definitely be booking again. French Cowboys Management called us on our drive to Fredericksburg and checked, via email, a few times during our stay. They definitely accomplished making us feel at home, easy to reach and clearly communicated during our stay.

Our stay at this property was overall good - the room was nice and the property well-located to explore downtown Fredericksburg. My only complaint is the crazy high rates they charged for this solar eclipse time period. As far as I can tell, it appears to be more than double their normal rate for this property. Its not legally considered price gouging but certainly felt like it when I reviewed a 3 night stay for virtually any other time on their availability calendar.

The Blue Skies Retro Resort transported us to a place and time of precious memories and simple pleasures! We stayed in Miss Willie Mae, a sparkling clean, classic red and white Shasta Trailer nestled under a 1960s cantilevered canopy with a bright green turf yard. The retro trailer offers an I Love Lucy vibe complete with black and white tiled floor and a turntable supplied with a stack of vinyl records. Then theres the modern amenities: a fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and a full-size ultra comfortable mattress. We spent the day in Fredericksburg, a 13-minute drive away, and came back to enjoy the crystal-clear pool, some hot dogs roasted on a shared propane grill, and especially the Private Bathroom that is actually larger than Miss Willie Mae! The climate controlled main bathroom was clean and fully equipped with soaps, towels, two hotel-style robes, and a separate toilet area. The outdoor shower is just wonderful to experience. A glass wall separates the bath area and a brick wall along with a raised garden separates the shower from being too much outside.At the end of the day, we sat in the provided patio chairs and watched a stunning Hill Country sunset over a green pasture full of cows, hay bales, and a small herd of deer.We also noticed a distinct lack of mosquitos!Blue Skies Retro Resort provided us with a most enjoyable, affordable, home-away-from-home anniversary!

We stayed at the house on 18th street in Austin and it was amazing. The booking process was easy and they communicated with us all the way through. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We really loved the cowboy pool!! The amenities in the home where high end and the house was in great condition. The checkin and out process was so easy and they were so nice. I would stay at thier properties again.

Oh, youve got to check out French Cowboys! I stayed at one of their places recently, and let me tell you, the properties are stunning! I felt like a king living in a palace. The interior design is top-notch, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I have worked with the French Cowboys on numerous trips to the Austin area for myself and others and I cannot recommend them enough. They are incredibly seamless, ridiculously attentive, and do it exactly right for the services they offer. Everytime I say Au Revoir to a French Cowboy property it gets harder and harder to leave. Must be something in the water!
