RJ initially received my call late as I am a busy businesses owner in charge of running my crews. Doesnt mean you should call him late but he went above and beyond a few times for us. Picked up the phone. Heard my needs and put me in his system to receive lists right away via email.We initially were thinking of renting, but soon realized that buying was the way to go for the 1/4 acre we were wanting.He graciously did probably over 4 house showings many of which via video because I was in a different state. Through escrow, he was extremely responsive. Very easy to talk to. Good business man. Now we are living in a house that fits our needs perfectly. Wouldnt hesitate to give him a call if we decide to get another house in the future. Highly reccomended. Give the Flex Group a shot- you wont regret it.

If this man’s home purchasing process is anything like his seamless home selling process we are DEFINITELY coming back to him again. Let me tell y’all about RJ: When I purchased my house I made the mistake of doing so without a realtor so when I decided to sell I knew I wanted to avoid the stress. R J is unlike any realtor I met with prior & ultimately who I chose to sell the home. He was professional, knowledgeable and QUICK to respond to any issues or anxious texts that I sent. He listed my home and we closed in less than a month! I’m so grateful for his help, guidance and transparency through the entire process. If you’re buying or selling, you need someone who knows the market & knows what it takes to get the best value for your money. RJ is it ~ don’t make the mistake of going with larger firms where you’re just another number.
