Had you not intervened, Greenhill Terrace Townhomes Residents would have had to look at unsightly garbage for six days, until the next regular pickup. I express my sincere thanks for your swift response on behalf of myself and other residents of our small community. Well done!

    We moved last year from the place that had no HOA to the Woodlands. It was quite a learning experience at the beginning, but after having met Selena Boss, things got much easier. She explained all the aspects of living in the HOA governed community. Her knowledge, professionalism and expertise made the transition much smoother. She helped us multiple times, going out of her way to make contact with various entities, to move things along when they seemed to be lacking resolution.     Selena Boss has been invaluable in regards to communication and has always addressed residents and my team with professionalism and a willingness to solve issues for residents of her community. During a large reconstruction process which she inherited from a previous manager, she quickly adapted and became a vital integral member of the reconstruction team. Masix Construction leaned on her understanding of the community in regards to budgets and overall customer relations. To this day, the association continues to resolve issues with Selena as the point of contact for us and the residents and always has a great attitude supplemented by great communication. I know you deal with trolls and karens all day long; calling to complain about this or that infraction by those they dislike; with the angry, the tired, the poor the privileged (after E. Lazarus). Those of us who do reach you, asking for help when some local harridan has complained about our tulips growing too high, or some dirt on the street, or whatever their unhappy lives compel them to raise hades about, feel your pain.     We all know working with an HOA Community can be difficult at times for not just the homeowner but the HOA as well. We are at times frustrated with the notices they may send out or lack of ones we feel they should send out.Not often do we consider how lucky we are to have them and what a great benefit they are to community.     We recently had sort of an emergency situation: we live on a corner, and due to some really shoddy construction (and some very strong winds), our fence was about to fall over, and needed to be replaced ASAP. We had a contractor available to do the work immediately (for a great price!), and are sending a huge thank you to Carmella Jones, who got our ACC application reviewed and approved on the SAME DAY. She was polite, efficient, and AVAILABLE. Big thumbs up!

    Next to my house there is green way which is common area. There was a pipe cover missing which was about 8inches wide. Most people take their dogss for a walk through there and with the open pipe, injury to persons or animal could have happened. I reach out to them as they are the HOA reps and immediately contacted MUD. Pipe was covered within 10 days. Awesome job. Company is very responsive and professional.
