    Alisha at Wellington in Haslet Texas is the nicest, most caring, honest person I have ever seen in this industry. If she says she’s going to do something, she does it. I’ve had multiple issues with violations and she was fast to reply and helped me understand why. No one loves paying fines but she was able to help me not receive one by explaining the process. Keep up the good work.

    Having years of experience with HOAs as a board member, all management companies are pretty much the same, so it really depends on who your representative is from the management company. The Mansfield, Texas, Meadow Glen community is fortunate to have a representative who is organized, courteous, patient, and follow ups with the board members and vendors to have necessary community tasks completed. Our representative is Leslie Gamel who is long overdue to be recognized for her dedicated service to not only the Meadow Glen Community but to all other communities she manages in the DFW area.     Our community has been with FSR for many years. Our current property manager Abbie takes care of things in a timely manner and is always pleasant when we contact her. She keeps us informed on things that are in progress and provides updates with any information.

    We moved into the Vista Meadows North community one year ago this week and we love it here.I can only think of two interactions Ive had to have with the HOA and both had to do with roof replacement due the April 28th hail storm.I contacted Toni Hernandez to get an understanding of how the process works and she was very responsive, helpful and pleasant.Jasmine Ince informed me that our application had been approved and she could not have been nicer. You can see her smile in the email!She also offered further assistance and helped us with gaining access to the pools.Great team to work with so far.

She does a great job keeping up with all the opportunities weve had this year.Tony H has been extremely helpful in finding information on our residents for making board decisions. She developed a proxy that could be filled out on line and returned. She developed this is a very short time and enabled us to make quorum.The two make a great team.

    Denise Manestar is one of the most professional and caring people ever! She genuinely cares about your issues and works as quickly as she can to resolve them. I had issues contacting this company and having people respond to problems I was having, but once Denise became my property manager, all those issues went away and I haven’t had a problem being taken care of since! I have been treated with such respect and care by Denise that I feel like she is part of our family. I can’t say enough great things about her! Highly recommend!

    Logan Galimulin is the onsite manager for our community and she is amazing to work with! Whether I have reached out as a homeowner with a question or as part of a committee, she is always very professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with.     I was in charge of a neighborhood block party and found out that we could use a number of games and a large screen for the party. I had to meet Laureen at the storage facility and I want you to know how professional and helpful she was throughout the entire process. It was hot, the facility had flooded a bit but it didnt deter her from remaining helpful, classy, and friendly. She made it such a wonderful experience that we cant wait to have another party! He got back to me only a few minutes later & after receiving the information he needed from me, he personally delivered the pool key to my house on Wednesday of the same week.     I own a home that belongs to Crawford Farms HOA. Jasmin is the the assistant community manager here. I have been remodeling, and have had to contact the HOA on several occasions. Jasmin is very caring and helpful every time.This is such a rare commodity these days, to find people who want to help and care.

    I just wanted to give kudos to Phillip for his professionalism and quick response. We had a strong gas odor every time the sprinklers came on along the walkway. He responded to me almost immediately and had the gas company come and inspect the irrigation line and confirm there was no leak and explained what the odor was. Thank you Phillip!!

Randy has been quick to answer all our questions and explain the modification process. He is also very friendly and informative at the board meetings.     Randy Smith at FirstService Residential has been working with our HOA Southgate I in Grand Prairie, with approximately 250 homeowners, for the last several years. He has gone above the call of duty in several areas. He has worked diligently with our budget and keeping us informed with our Hawaiian Falls Project, where we purchase tickets for all Homeowners and their family. Also, Randy is prepared for quarterly board meetings and puts on a good presentation, of the budget and expenses, at the annual meetings. Randy does a good job of property inspections and enforcement of the HOA Covenants, to maintain a high quality and marketability of all the homes, in the neighborhood.
