I have had a wonderful experience with my community and management. Some repairs have taken a while, however, in their defense, corporate has since changed management and maintenance. The current staff is great. They are currently making improvements throughout the community and completing old repair requests. I would suggest making all handicapped entries on parking lots wheelchair accessible. I would suggest drive m-thru security as well.

I been living here for 3 years now and I have seen alot of Managers&Mainance men come and go. The new property Manager Michelle P. and New Mainance Marquis they are a great for this property. My work orders get done pretty quickly and the Mainance Marquis is very educated about what he is doing. I have seem a big change in the Property they are doing there best and it is showing. Thank You guys so much I will tell my family and friends about Ewing Villas.

The management is awesome.I moved in a month ago and was promised a new refrigerator. Today my new black fridge was delivered. This is also a great community to live in especially if you have kids.

The new manager Michelle and maintenance man is the bomb.com!!! She double check with me in regards to my concerns and Maintenance came shortly behind to fix the issues!!! Definitely recommended!!
