I have had a wonderful experience so far with Evergreen Live. Any time I have requested maintenance, they communicate very well and they send someone out very quickly and solve the issue. They have also been very understanding during difficult times and I am very grateful. I was working closely with Shaniqua Smith who has been very helpful and kind. I would definitely rent with them in the future and refer them to family and friends!

I have to give this company a very high compliment! They are absolutely amazing! Alexis is an angel sent from above she has been more than welcoming since my owner switched companies! Brianna in the lease department again amazing! There’s was so much confusion and miscommunication with the switch, Even the manager and Shamika, they have been understanding. I appreciate a company that listens to help! Great company! I’m speaking for the Dallas location.

They have answered my questions, my calls and returned calls while also providing assistance and clear communication. I am very thankful that my landlord switched to this company for management of his properties. They are always helpful, fair and diligent. I have been helped multiple times by a customer service agent named Alexis and she is amazing. She is understanding, diligent, respectful and kind. I highly recommend this company and please give Alexis a raise!

I had nothing but the greatest experience with Alexandria Farmer- she is the sweetest she has patience and not only is she super professional, but she is very helpful. I mentioned all of this because sadly nowadays you do not get that. I called over a weekend and I spoke to Candace Stark and she was really wonderful as well so I have to add her name:) Alexandria made us have the smoothest process ever as long as you communicate and do what you need to do on your end the process is really smooth. Not everyone is like Alexandria that you come into contact with lol in general But we was very fortunate. I just recommend during the process of trying to get approved and all the reviews be patient. These things do take time and work with them Not against them Alexandria, thank you so much for explaining everything during this process and we hope and pray the experience a positivity continues:)

I have been in my home since March of this year. From the first point of contact, moving in, and currently living in my home still, the communication has been wonderful. Shaniqua Smith is 5 Star! The fact that Evergreen is based in Dallas and I’m residing in Nashville, It’s like Shaniqua is right here in the city, anytime I need anything. Her team at Evergreen have made renting through them feel like i’m the owner. From the privacy, to transparency, attentiveness and understanding. Nobody better in the business.

I just signed a lease with this company and my experience has been amazing. Im in oklahoma city and theres a housing track in yukon, ok .the houses listed were super in-demand, so of course the house I applied for had already been rented, but the amazing representative Crystal F. took such great care of me and put my application on a another house with the same floor plan and price that hadnt even been listed yet!!. So we got approved! I mustve called 50 times over the like week of this process happening and every time, either Crystal or Tamika took great care of me and never seemed irritated that I was calling....again, lol. The move in process is simple and easy, and I will update in a year if anything g happens, but so far, all good. They are very custom oriented and its really nice to see.
