Renting with envision so far has been such a wonderful experience. This is the first place I’ve rented that I can say I truly feel that genuinely care. Maintenance requests are always answered quickly, any questions or concerns I have are always resolved and answered quickly. This is not common among most rentals. Madison has truly been a blessing despite even being so busy with all of her other clients/tenants. She has always got back to me so quick and handled any concerns we had professionally. My boyfriend and I were able to move in quickly and Envision was able to get everything sorted out quickly, which isn’t easy. This company has been so professional & they truly do care about their tenants. I am so so thankful to have been able to rent with someone that understands special circumstances (being young, credit is still new, etc) and that makes me feel at ease about the whole process. The workers that fulfill maintenance requests are professional and so kind as well. Thank you Envision!

Tammy and Mattie the whole crew is awesome I love love love them they help people of all colors of someone say different them that is a lie. Its nice to have a professional company managing the property I live in. Over the past year, the property has changed hands and the other people managing it werent the best. I feel like the people at Envision want to correct that. There have been a few problems since theyve taken over which is why 4 instead of 5 stars, but I feel like its more an issue with the property owner and contractors rather than Envision and they are dealing with the hand they are dealt and trying to make the best of it for the tenants. They have been open and upfront about those issues and have stayed on top of the issues, trying to correct them, while keeping communication open with me until the problem was resolved.
